Purchased this as a gift for our daughter - like the fact you can do single cups or a whole pot!

It has no hot plate because it comes with a thermal carafe So you can’t use the glass carafe if you want to, disappointing.

A wonderful stress-free morning start, excellent quality and easy to use.

We love our new Ninja DualBrew coffee maker. We use Keurig pods for daily coffee and it brews fast and deliciously strong! And when we use the carafe when we have guests, we were surprised how the coffee was just as rich-tasting, and stayed warm in the metal carafe for hours. I wanted to have 2 options in 1 machine to save on counter space. This was/is the perfect solution!

I bought this 12/2024. Nothing but regrets. Coffee in the thermal is lukewarm even after the secret setting fix. The pod adapter blew out and splashes water on the outside of the coffee cup. Lastly even with a full charge of water it just make 3/4 of a pot if that. Perhaps I got a lemon. Will try to see if there is any warranty left if not will buy a different brand.

I am so aggravated as I did a lot of research before buying. I went with this model because of the "wonderful" carafe that would keep the coffee hot for many hours. I only need it to keep it hot for a couple hours and it doesn't even do that so it is useless.

Easy to use. Multiple settings for mug size. Carafe keeps coffee hot.

Works perfect for me no coffee grinds makes a good strong cup of joe.

The unit operates as advertised, however the carafe does not maintain heated coffee as expected. This was after heating water close to boiling in the microwave and warming the carafe with that. I'll be using the individual cup settings 90% of the time. Would like to see a better quality carafe included. As I like hot coffee in larger portions than one cup, I will not recommend this for purchase.

I will be very honest For the price I paid this was one of the worse purchases I ever made, I am a coffee lover and drinker. More than 10 cups a Day Paid $199 to replace a working Ninja espresso/coffee maker But like the fact that I could also get hot water for tee Well, don't buy it Coffee doesn't come out hot and don't even think that the boiling water button will give you boiling water I do not consider that temperature hot, just a bit more than warm I set it up after the return time frame so couldn't return it. So please don't buy it, not for that price a 20 years old coffee maker will be better than this and for $15 dollars

Design was great with lots of options for hot water and frothing. Liked the ability to change water reservoir to side and back. No problem finding a reusable filter. However, I think Ninja should include one. I never experienced coffee ground overflow, as mentioned by some reviewers. I liked options to insert Pod attachment for single brew on same platform as full pot. And thermal caraf saved energy by not needing a warmer remaining on. I am very dissappinted in the brewed coffee temperature. Both the caraf and Pods brewed warm but not hot coffee. Immediately brewed drink temperature was not as hot as I'd like. So, the caraf did cool quickly, as the brewed coffee was not that hot to begin with. I am returning this coffee maker, as I prefer my coffee quite hot. I would not recommend this Ninja coffee maker if you desire hot coffee.
