    I had to exchange for a new one after 15 days because it kept telling me to clean it when everything had been cleaned multiple times

    So much better than a Keurig machine

    Wow. Been Keurig fan for years but my last 2 machines died prematurely. Decided to try the Ninja and boy am I glad. Coffee is brewed hotter, have the option to make a carafe, plenty of cup size options, and more. Has a meter showing brew progress, makes a sound when done. Super happy we made the change

    I was debating between this ninja and a keurig coffee machine. The Keurig sold out so I went fort his one which was my second choice. This is Very messy though, it will splash coffee (small drops) every where that will eventually cause a mess and I had coffee residue with every cup I made. Also not matter what setting I tried, the coffee would never come out strong. I returned it and got a keurig

    Works great but the Stainless Steel pot does not keep the coffee hot.

    Wish I could give it zero stars, do not waste your money, buy a keurig! After so many issues with this had to have ninja send me a new base undee warranty but still had to pay shipping. Then after several issue when it would only brew hot water they state it only works with cerain k cups and said the main K cup pod adapter is not covered under warranty and suggested I purchase a new one for $50. This whole brand is dead to me.

    It is incredibly loud and it kept spewing coffee grounds in everything

    Fits all my needs

    I love that there are a lot of size drinks to choose from. I also love that the hot water dispenser is separate from where the coffee drips. No more coffee flavored teas! Only issue I had was removing and putting back the K-cup adapter.

    This was a nice coffee machine...while it lasted. It died 1 year and 4 months after purchase. Something internally seems to have shorted out. Took a chance on the Ninja brand but will replace with a proper Keurig.

    HORRIBLE FOR CARAFE BREWING, GROUNDS EVERYWHERE

    It's only day 2 and I've already decided to return it. The coffee grounds spilled over into the carafe and basket (with the included filters!). A reusable filter is impossible to find; the original doesn't exist right now, and the Amazon knock offs don't fit at all. Best Buy doesn't have one that I could find. The carafe seemed to stay warm enough for us to finish a pot but I'd prefer glass with a warming tray. Ninja has some work to do on this model for me to keep it.

    The thermal jar setup which is the one I got is no goog. It looks good but it doesn't keep coffee hot. You have to brew coffee and drink right after...

    It looks beautiful and works great for about 2 years. The Kpod stopped working, then the regular brew started taking forever and i have grounds in my coffee, now it leaks coffee for hours. I tried cleaning it, looked on you tube for advice, bought a specific calcium deposit cleaner and it did nothing. Cannot return or get replaced at this point.

    Total tech package is well worth the money. Purchased this coffee maker (which I love) about a year ago and it stopped working. No questions asked just traded it out for a new one at no cost!

    I like it. Saves room from having a regular coffee maker for when we have guests; and makes the lcups for all the other tines. It does drip., so there’s little puddles to wipe up regularly, but all on all does the job.

    So far, working like a charm. Much faster brew than a couple of other name brands, great coffee and black tea from pods. Wanted a thermal caraf to keen coffee warm for more than a few minutes.

    I use to like Ninja. Had the previous version of this make and loved it. Now only have had since half a year and looking to replace it. The biggest complaint I have it is the pot always spills coffee while pouring it. Second complaint coffee ground as always ending up in the coffee have tried many different types of filters and the only seems to work is if you don't go about 2 scoops of coffee . It is always making a mess.
