Could Be 5-Stars with a few Improvements!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After I saw this new model had come out, I decided I would try it when I found a good deal for it. It was on sale, and I had a Best Buy coupon to use up, so I decided to order it. It has worked very well since I purchased it. I would have rated it 5-stars; however this model has a thermal pot and I am not pleased with that; it really does not keep your coffee hot for but a very short time. I would definitely go with a glass carafe and heated plate. That really is the only drawback with this unit. I have adjusted how much coffee I make at any one time so I do not rely on the coffee staying hot. The other disappointing thing with this Ninja is that the company does NOT include a reusable filter! That really is very bad! You can order one for additional cost but seriously, Ninja, include the darned reusable filter! It would also have been nice if they had created a reusable pod for this model. So on to the good points - frother works well so far and folds away nicely on the side when not being used. The option to switch to hot water only seems to work well, and is a nice feature for people who may want only hot water for tea, hot chocolate, etc. The water does not have any "coffee residue/taste" with this feature, so that is very nice. It is easy to remove the single serve section to convert it to making coffee with a filter. The various strengths of coffee available, along with the different ounces one can make is very nice as well. Both the single serve and the drip coffee seem to make coffee fairly quickly. Again, I would strongly suggest the model with a glass carafe and warming plate! Hopefully Ninja wises up and includes a reusable coffee filter to make drip coffee; no other baskets will fit this new model!! In that regard, they lose 1 star!! If you like the "bells and whistles" on new items, you should like this model. There are many models of coffee makers that are more expensive than this one, and don't have as many functions. The regular price for this model I feel is too expensive; as I said earlier, I saw it on sale, and with my Best Buy coupon, I did save a substantial amount. Thank you.

Great alternative to Keurig
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far so good with this coffee maker. It is a great alternative to the Keurig assuming it lasts long. I finally switched from Keurig because I was tired of having to return it because it broke for one reason or another. If you are looking for an alternative to Keurig that still uses the K Cups this is a great choice.

Very versatile coffee maker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this for our RV. How many times do you love a coffee maker, but the carafe is glass and breaks…this one is stainless. Not only does it do Kcups, but full pots, it has a tank for water, but it’s still slim and doesn’t take up your whole counter. Oh, and the built in frother on the side means one less tool in the drawer

I use this every single day
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Brew-tiful Choices: Carafes, pods (including K-Cups!), and frothy lattes – all in one machine. Strength Spectrum: From gentle sips to bold jolts, customize your coffee kick. Temp Tailor: Tea? Espresso? Choose the perfect water temperature. Hot Water Hero: Ditch the kettle, this machine dispenses on demand. Frothy Friend: Creamy lattes and cappuccinos are a frother away (milk alternatives welcome!). Cons: Cleaning Cauldron: Dishwasher-safe parts are a plus, but the carafe cleaning cycle can be a chore. Pod Ponderings: Convenience might not trump fresh grounds for coffee purists. Counter Clutter: Compact machine, but pods, carafes, and accessories can add up. Verdict: The DualBrew PRO is a versatile champ for variety lovers, but cleaning quirks and potential clutter might deter purists. 5 out of 5 stars For: Coffee adventurers, latte lovers, K-Cup users, and space-saving brewers. Skip if: You're a coffee purist, minimalism master, or cleaning Scrooge.

All-In-One with great performance and price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is worth it. Specially for the price. I have been using it for about 2-3 weeks now. It does a little bit of everything I was expecting, except for grinding the coffee beans, but again, for the price, I don’t mind. The regular coffee is as good as any other regular-to-fancy coffee maker I’ve tried. The Rich and/or specialty coffee is very good, nothing spectacular, but above the average to me. It will not compete against a real expresso, but the difference is not noticeable for a regular coffee drinker, or even barely noted by a daily expresso drinker. The milk frother works fine, I have had not a single issue with it (read some reviews having issues here). I loved the practical way it is designed to be hiden when not in use. K-pod coffee works as good as in any keuring machine. - the only “downside” is that I tried to use a reusable pod from keurig and does not work in this system, you have to go with traditional pods. I personally loved the boiling and/or heating water function. I have not tried the iced coffee function yet. I have been hunting for a coffee maker with similar functions (all-in-one) for a while, the cheapest range I have found is in the mid $ 600, so again, I believe this price is more than excellent for what is included, in a well recognized brand. Also, I have to make special mention to the design itself. It is a beauty and the way you interact with many features (some of them able to “hide”) is marvelous. Probably (to date) the only down-side for some people is that it does not include a reusable filter. But to me is not a big deal, as I bought a generic online for less than $ 5 and is been working just fine, so I don’t wasting paper filters every-time. Overall, highly recommended.

Love our Ninja!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got this to replace a Keurig that quit after a power surge from a severe storm. Very happy we did. Love this machine! The single serve function is a little funky but if you only use one or the other (full pot v. single cup) it's not a problem. Coffee is delicious and the thermal carafe keeps it nice and hot for a long time. No more scorched coffee dregs on the bottom. Love, love, love it!

Ninja DualBrew PRO - For all your coffee needs
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love the DualBrew Pro! My wife likes simple coffee but I love to make things a little "fancier". This lets us do both. I especially love the built in frothing arm. Everything we need is right there. The "Over Ice" feature is just icing on the cake! Super easy to use as well. 10/10!

Loads of Options with a few flaws
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned just every model of the Ninja Coffee Brewers that they have made from the start if it be the glass or thermal carafe (prefer the thermal). This one has a few Pros and a few Cons. Pros Brews fast (also a Con) A lot of functions Built-in Milk Frother (Never used one on any models) but it's there to use if needed I like the Boil/Hot Water Feature Thermal Pot (also a con) Cons The thermal pot is one the worst of any of the Ninja Coffee Brewers. I wish they would put a decent shaped pouring spout of it. As a few have stated in their reviews the plastic around the pot that holds the handle is prone to getting coffee in it and when you pour it drips out into your cup. There is no way to get it out as I have tried several suggestions but to no avail. When the pot gets hot you can see the water/coffee bubbling out. For the price it would be nice to see a permanent filter included as with previous models. The changing to the K-cups is a bit of a pain. My last coffeemaker was the Keurig K-Cup Duo Plus which was so much easier to use. It brews way too fast. If you have fine grounds don't over do it on the grounds as it will overflow. I wish it had the automatic close and open like the Ninja Hot and Cold System. Would I recommend this model only if it's on sale. I would recommend the Ninja Hot and Cold Brewed System with Thermal Carafe if have no interest in the K-Cups or the KEURIG K-Duo Plus Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker if you want K-Cup option.

I really like it and glad I switched....so far
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.OK, understand it took years to get me to cross over to the the K-Cups was nothing short of world shaking... it was a necessity as we had limited space and too many preferences. Now that I am there, I have been through no less than 4 Keurig models in 4 years and I am covered by Total Tech but it's aggravating going without coffee and not good for peace in our house so I hope this Ninja is better and can last longer than a year but a few NOTABLE differences after about a month in use: *Coffee is not as hot temperature as Keurig - Good if you're working from home bad if you don't have a lid or taking in the car. I keep mine in a Yeti and have the sip lid ready to slap on immediately AND THIS is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars *It's set-up to cup time is faster which I believe contributes to above but nice when coffee's in need *It has fancy foo-foo stuff I haven't used but one unexpected like is the separate water only source. We have already for oatmeal and other recipes and with no hint of coffee, only used in a bind previously for that reason

Multi functional coffee maker
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great machine if your family are traditional coffee lovers or if they would rather have a kurig or some tea. This machine does it all. Something to keep in mind is that this is an exclusive version for Beat Buy since it has the thermo jar.

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I already have several Ninja products and enjoy allo of them. The coffee maker is also another product I am enjoying. I like all the feature it has and it is exactly what I needed. Providing single cup coffee and carafe coffee with a frother. I know I am going to thoroughly enjoy the coffee maker as much as I hav my other Ninja products

Great machine!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for a coffee maker to replace my Bunn. This unit works well and brews coffee great. I also pike the versatility of the k cup brewing. I’ve not used the frother but from it’s appearance it should function just fine. I highly recommend this unit.

Absolutely the Best and Super Versatile
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We absolutely LOVE this coffee pot! We had a Ninja before and it served us very well for over 5 years being used every day and sometimes multiple times a day. We were drawn to this particular model for a few reasons. 1) We love how versatile it is. The fact that it can make regular brewed coffee and k-cups is a big plus. We love having that option! It's also very easy to use both features. It also does just hot or boiling water completely separate from coffee which is the BEST! I didn't think we would use that option as much as we do! 2) The ninja we had before came with a separate frother which worked well and we still have it, but it is SO nice that the frother on this model is attached but yet it is easily removed to clean which is also a BIG plus! 3) We looked at a similar model that had a glass carafe but I am glad we went with the stainless one. Our last coffee maker also had a stainless one and we loved it and I didn't have to worry about breaking it. 4) This model is also pretty compact. Its bigger than our last one but fits nicely in the same spot on the counter. I love how easy it is to clean as well. Most parts can go in the dishwasher however I only ever put the frother in the dishwasher and not even every time I use it. The opening of the carafe is big enough to get my hand in to clean so that is super easy. We have only had this one a couple months but we absolutely LOVE it! We hope it lasts as long or longer than the last one!

Love this product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently bought this coffee maker. Absolutely love it. Makes great quality coffee. Both single serve and whole pot. It takes tiny bit of getting used to and learning to get familiar with. Such as just looking through the features and directions. Would highly recommended this over more expensive machines I’ve owned

Ninja more than meets the red eye
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have to admit I don't like the name Ninja & hate that it's placed so prominently on the maker because to me it looks hokey the name sounds gimmicky making one think the product is cheaply made attempt by a company to money grab the American consumer; but Best Buy had a Rocking Sale w/ extended returns for the holidays ( my code for "Trial Period") made it a deal so good I bought myself 2, this one & the blender processor beverage maker too! I must've been really thirsty that day ?!?! Now this is my first Ninja ever and I have to say it's an amazing piece of equipment, I was so wrong about this brand. This highly cafienated hot beverage maker does anything and everything anyone would need/want a highly cafienated hot beverage maker to do; your So Now single serve one cup or one full pot and it's so easy to make coffee all ooh LaLa Fancy & Foamy since it doesn't hv to transform to make different drinks so there's not a lot of parts to keep tack of or to lose BUT best of all, it cleans itself which I wasn't expecting that (well played Ninja) for it's MSRP which makes this a great value at this price point and the answer is yes I did drink an entire pot of my now famous highly caffeinated Brown Sugar Blondies Breakfast JoeJoe w/ extra Foam up top or as we affectionately call it at my house, "The Full of Hot Airhead" before I sat to write this 3 hours ago so now I gotta go go. Okay Bye Now!

Best Coffee Pot EVER!!!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my Ninja. My last Ninja was due to be replaced because of our water. Our Coffee Pots usually last about two to three years. My Ninja lasted about eight years. I was simply tired of doing Vinegar washes to the two coffee pots that we use daily. Four (Very Picky) coffee drinkers in this household. The K Company one has to be replaced about every one and a half years, and the Ninja... MUCH Longer. The new Ninja has all the Bells and Whistles, and I LOVE the Carafe. No more wasted coffee. This coffee pot was more expensive to buy, but it can almost clean my home. It has attachments and devices that enable you to make any type of coffee you prefer. I Highly suggest that you at least try a Ninja Coffee System. They end up making the best coffee, and it ends up saving a lot of money. It even takes K-Cup Pods. Large and small. I am a Happy Camper!!
