    Very poorly designed

    As an engineer, I must say this is a very poor design. 1. k-pod stopped working in less than a year. 2. The hot water that flows out of a the cup is not centered and splatters hot water outside of the cup. 3. If you are boiling water beware of being burned. 4. You need to be an engineer just to take this thing apart to clean it. What a nightmare! Overall, a very disappointing purchase for the money. Would not buy this product or brand again.

    I wish I'd read the other 1 star reviews. We have one older Ninja and love it. We got this as a backup. Out the gate it didn't work right with the K-cup. Seemed easy enough to set up but when I pressed the button to start, a few drops of coffee came out and then nothing. On the third or fourth try it came out with a vengeance. Water and coffee splattered everywhere. Loved this brand until this experience.

    BAD.... THE COFFEE ALWAYS IS COLD, YOU HAVE TO USE THE MICROWAVE TO REHEAT THE COFFEE MANY TIMES.

    Sadly did not meet expectations. Coffee is never hot enough and it’s not single serve friendly. It also takes a long time to brew.

    I purchased this item. I did not work properly. I brought it back to the store for refund. They refused the return after only 3 weeks even though The item was defective. You can bet that I will tell everyone I know about this experience unless my money is refunded.

    It’s very expensive but doesn’t do anything . Also the silver logo for Ninja marked came off.

    After three years we we are stuck on “clean”

    This will no longer brew coffeee. It wants us to clean it but we have run cleaning solution through it many times and it still wont fix itself
