Haven’t had it very long but the coffee we have brewed is bold but smooth, and the machine has performed as it states.

    Best Kcup Duo Yet!

Switched to this from the comparable Keurig KDuo plus and the ninja dual brew absolutely wins! Only thing I wish it had was a heating element for the Carafe instead of it just being a thermal pot. Love that you can change the location of the water tank to the back instead of the side! Also has a fold down shelf for a standard coffee cup, so the coffee doesn’t splash everywhere. Frother is great, although I don’t use it much. Pot keeps coffee hot for about 4 hours before cooling down. Keep in mind that the ninja does not use the same reusable Kcups as the Keurig, and ninja does not make them, so it’s gotta be a 3rd party purchase, I recommend Aieve on Amazon, $15 for a 4 pack. ALSO DOES NOT come with a metal reusable coffee filter! AIEVE also sells good ones on Amazon.

This is hands down THE BEST coffee maker I have ever had! Looks so fancy but very user friendly! Uses pods or ground coffee and both are brewed to perfection! LOVE IT!

    Great alternative to Keurig

So far so good with this coffee maker. It is a great alternative to the Keurig assuming it lasts long. I finally switched from Keurig because I was tired of having to return it because it broke for one reason or another. If you are looking for an alternative to Keurig that still uses the K Cups this is a great choice.

Purchased a month ago and we have been very satisfied with the coffee maker. Coffee comes out hot and not bitter. Love the water on the side vs the back, it’s easy to reach and fill. The separate hot water is great for tea and hot chocolate. I highly recommend this product.

We got this to replace a Keurig that quit after a power surge from a severe storm. Very happy we did. Love this machine! The single serve function is a little funky but if you only use one or the other (full pot v. single cup) it's not a problem. Coffee is delicious and the thermal carafe keeps it nice and hot for a long time. No more scorched coffee dregs on the bottom. Love, love, love it!

We bought this for our RV. How many times do you love a coffee maker, but the carafe is glass and breaks…this one is stainless. Not only does it do Kcups, but full pots, it has a tank for water, but it’s still slim and doesn’t take up your whole counter. Oh, and the built in frother on the side means one less tool in the drawer

    Watch out for the spike

We have not used the frother but everything else has been excellent. The only concern we have is the pod holder. When you remove the spent pod your fingers can come in contact with the top spike and cause an injury. The top probably needs to lift up higher to keep it away from fingers.

Bought to replace our Keurig caffe that simply died on us, and it is the best coffee maker that I have ever used! It’s simple, the carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long time, The k-cup has three puncture point instead of the traditional single which seems to hence the flavor (could be my imagination also lol). With a larger water tank, and less real estate then our previous one it’s simply amazing.

    Starbucks who?!?!?!

Okay, this is absolute perfection. Ever since I got it, I honestly have been going to Starbucks way less I’m able to froth my own milk and make lattes make basically any espresso drinks. And it taste the same if not better than Starbucks I bought the syrups that I know they use and I can barely tell the difference. If you’re on the fence about this, let me just tell you this you will love it. you can make big pots of coffee as you can make iced coffee. You can make 4 ounces of coffee. You can make things out of Keurig cups or just regular coffee grinds. The possibilities are literally endless

I'm obsessed with this coffee pot. At 60+ years old, I can; without hesitation; say that this is the best drip coffee maker I have ever owned. The quality and functionality of this machine strikes the pefect balance between having a full pot of coffee stay warm throughout the day while satisfying cravings for smaller more exotic cups via the K-cup option in the evening. You can stop looking and feel confident you've made the right choice when selecting the Ninja -DualBrew. The price is well worth what you'll receive.

Well I’ve had this now going on a year, and honestly I a not disappointed with my purchase the coffee maker is used at least once a day sometimes multiple times each day, and has not failed once. We have used ground coffee with filters and it taste great and same with k-cups. The water is always hot as soon as you pour no need to wait for it to heat up for a few minutes. All in all great product my only complaint would be the ice coffee dial. When you place it on 10oz it actually pours half that, and same goes for all the amount in the ice coffee setting. I guess because it’s melting the ice but if it’s only going to push half the ounces then only notate that amount. Once you figure this out you know how to navigate, but at first I did not realize it. I would recommend this product for those looking for an upgrade to their kurig this is a great upscale upgrade. If you’re a coffee lover you will not be disappointed.

This coffee maker is the absolute best; we’ve loved it since the day we bought it. It offers various options to brew coffee exactly to everyone's personal taste, and the included frother is excellent—it creates a super frothy texture, just like something you’d get from a high-end coffee shop. We love our Ninja coffee maker. It is incredibly practical, and we recommend it 100%!

Best coffeemaker ever. The coffee is so rich and flavorful on any setting, and very hot. There are so many options on the brewer and love the accessories. The separate hot water dispenser makes steeping tea a breeze and the frothed works great for making lattes.

I already have several Ninja products and enjoy allo of them. The coffee maker is also another product I am enjoying. I like all the feature it has and it is exactly what I needed. Providing single cup coffee and carafe coffee with a frother. I know I am going to thoroughly enjoy the coffee maker as much as I hav my other Ninja products

The coffee maker works great. There is a slight learning curve coming from a basic machine. Once you understand all the functions it produces great coffee, in precise amounts. The hot water feature is great, I don't use it much but when guests come over and want hot tea it beats pulling out a kettle. The open close slider took some getting used too if I was impatient and wanted to put a cup. If you don’t slide it to closed it will run out with nothing under to catch the liquid. Even when the coffee machine is done brewing I still close the slider to prevent little drips now. Cleaning it is pretty easy as well. I haven’t got to the self clean time frame yet so not sure about that. It is fast at brewing, not sure if it’s the fastest out there but quick enough for me.

[Employee of bestbuy] Fantastic, easy to use machine. Compatible with all my favorite Keurig pods, and if you prefer your own ground coffee there are reusable adaptor pods (purchased separately) for this machine too just like the keurigs have. Making a whole pot of coffee was such a time saver for holiday entertaining. I use the frother daily for lattes, and the separate water function allows me to brew tea without contaminating the water through the coffee filter. Seriously the best coffee machine on the market for the price.

This is my second Ninja coffee maker. I loved my first one (also bought at Best Buy) from the first pot and this one continues my satisfaction with Ninja products. I used my prior maker for 10 years and only replaced it because the holder for the basket warped from heat and was hard to close completely. It otherwise made the same great cup of coffee as it first did. I prefer a metal carafe, which both of these have and keep the coffee hot (but not burned tasting) for quite a while. Full disclosure: I have a great espresso maker and so do not use the frother, but have used the k-cup insert and was just as happy with my single brew. I highly recommend this Ninja brewer.
