    Pretty much does it all

This Ninja DualBrew system ticks all of the boxes: K-cups, 12-cup insulated metal carafe, integrated frother, compact footprint, and ease of maintenance. For full-pot brewing we generally use paper filters -- which are easier to use and dispose -- and also because we found that the metal filter we bought separately uses too much water to clean (we live in the desert). The insulated carafe keeps coffee at a decent temperature for hours (there is no hotplate included nor needed under the carafe, as with other Ninja models which use the non-insulated glass carafe) -- and that it also saves a lot of money on k-cups for those days when we anticipate we will be drinking LOTS of coffee. Making a pot of coffee also provides the option of delaying the start until tomorrow morning (or other time of your choice). This works well and is super easy to set-up and program before you go to bed. The default k-cup function ("classic") works great and the machine also has a touchscreen controls for "rich", "over ice", and "specialty" options. The final brew stage spits a lot as it air-expels the last of the brew in the k-cup pod, so we have taken to elevating smaller/shorter cups higher and closer to the top to the to avoid coffee spots on the counter. There is a nice 1-ding "starting" and 5-ding "complete" noise indicator for k-cups so you don't have to stand there and wait if you want to multi-task. We tested the frother, but since neither of us are kids or pretentious coffee-drinkers, we just pour cream into the coffee and stir it with a spoon. Cleaning the frother after every use is easy, but also a water-waster (that spoon lasts days!) We have eliminated both a traditional pot coffee brewer and a Keurig k-cups-only machine from our counter and the footprint of this Ninja single machine is less that the sum of those two by quite a bit. The machine is also of typical Ninja design quality and looks modern and fresh on the counter. Overall, we love this machine and are happy with its versatility and the quality of the brewing of a fine cup of joe.

It works for what I needed, a switch frlm single serve to having the option of a full carafe, but would like to suggest to have hot plate to keep coffee in carafe warm. Carafe can hold approx 5 hrs, but im the ony coffe drinker and I could finish a full carafe nor waste my grounds.

Works well...switching between K-Cup and Carafe is annoying...but overall its a decent coffee maker...maybe a little expensive for what you get...hopefully it will last longer than the other major K-Cup coffee maker that breaks every 18 months.

What can I say. NINJA's kick butt. Love their products. They do a better job than other companies. I am not a coffee drinker but my son is. He LOVES this thing. Say's he makes gourmet drinks at home now for pennies on the dollar

One rough morning, not so long ago, our trusty Keurig left us high and dry without our much needed morning cup of joe. We found ourselves on a fast journey to find a replacement. After a thorough search online comparing features and availability, we settled on this beautiful Ninja machine. We loved that like our Keurig, it had a water reservoir. We also appreciated that it could make coffee by the cup or by the pot. Our old machine would dispense water but it was likely you would end up with coffee grounds mixed in. This machine is beautiful because with the flip of a switch, you can have hot or boiling water dispensed from a dedicated water line. Another amazing feature is the stainless carafe. It’s beautiful and durable with no concern for it being broken and needing to be replaced. With the stainless carafe option, the machine does not have a hot plate. However, it isn’t needed as the carafe keeps your coffee nice and hot. If you like the hot plate feature, it’s available with the model that comes with a glass carafe. This machine has a really nice coffee scoop that is stored on the side of the machine. This is so handy and a nice feature. The frother is equivalent to the portable battery operated frothing wand. The nice thing about this one though is that it isn’t battery operated and so the performance is consistent. It can be removed easily for cleaning. The water reservoir can be positioned at the back or on the side of the machine. This allows for the machine to be set up to your liking. It’s also a nice feature for those with limited counter space. Overall, it’s a beautiful machine. We have no regrets for our purchase.

    Good Machine

Good coffee maker. I bought it for coffee obviously, but also the hot/boil water feature which is super convenient for tea, broth, etc. My only complaint is if you need to replace the carafe expect to pay a lot and you will need to order directly from Ninja because it is impossible to find anywhere else. My carafe seemed to have lost the seal between layers, I could hear liquid swishing around when the carafe was empty. Unfortunately past warranty.

Fantastic coffee maker. Gets hotter than my old Keurig with the hottest setting. Quicker and easier to clean. I was skeptical about k cups other than in a Keurig but I’m glad I made the switch. Works great and no problems so far!

It takes a bit to get used to the multifunction coffee maker, but now we have it figured out on how to switch from brewing a pot to kurig pods. The insulated pot holds the heat a long time and the pouring is nearly drip free. We haven't done anything with the frother, but it's there if we ever want to try it out. We bought it for our camper to be able to have the option of both systems. Works great!

I specifically picked this one for the thermal carafe. All the negative reviews I read were based on the fact that it did not have a warming plate. That's why I picked this one!! Due to some medical problems I've had some memory issues and I didn't want to remember if I turned off the coffee, if it's still had any liquid in it or not... The bonus was the water dispenser for oatmeal, hot tea, or a cup of noodles, etc... The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is I can't find the right reusable K-Cup so I can fill my own coffee

After taking a couplw weeks to get aquainted with the Ninja Dual Brew Pro I’m feeling very happy about my purchase. The coffee actually tastes smoother than when using my former iCoffee machine. The wide variety of settings for hot or cold coffee and tea make this coffee machine worth the money. I really like that you can program the time to brew on a routine. The pod adapter is easy to switch in and out. One minor con was having to purchase reusable k cup filters.

    Mac-Daddy Coffee Maker!

This is the Mac-Daddy of coffee makers. It has more features than we will ever use and when you switch it to RICH, it brews a tasty cup of java! My only small regret is not getting the version with the glass carafe and burner under it. I need to nuke my coffee because I do prefer it to be hot, rather than warm. So nice to add water just a few times a week and with the water supply unit, you don't end up watering your countertop, which usually happens when attempting to add water to other coffee makers (every day!)
