Great product that makes a perfect pot or single cup. The k cups add a bonus to the package.

This is a great all in one coffee system. Whether you want a single cup (coffee pod) or multiple cups (carafe) this has you covered. We replaced this with a different ninja coffee maker that wasnt able to use pods and also leaked from time to time. Very happy with the quality and ease of use with this one.

Replaced an older Ninja coffee maker. Produces great coffee, only “complaint” would be that it doesn’t have a keep warm function if you were to get a glass carafe. Coffee stays pretty warm with thermos but cools pretty quickly if glass carafe is used.

Great product and love all of the features. I wish it had an option to keep the big craft warm all day like the older models.

I use this almost every day since I purchased. The pot stays hot without an element. Easy to clean. My favorite thing in my kitchen.

My main use if for brewing full pot of coffee. It is very well designed for this, keeps coffee hot for half a day. Coffee tastes better than my old Cuisinart. Very easy to fill the reservoir - no more spilled water on my cabinet. Easy to clean, and as a bonus can easily be used for single cup usage. My only complaint is that the permanent filter option appears to be sold out for eternity. I was able to use my old Cuisinart filter - not a perfect fit but it works.

The main reason I bought this was I was looking for a coffee maker whit a stainless carafe, when saw this with a special offer price and good reviews I didn't had any doubt to get it. I recommend this coffee maker for it's easy of use and reliability, it has a lot of features, definitely an excellent purchase. My new favorite brand!

The product is really good but I didn’t chose the right product as I prefer lattes and this machine requires me to heat milk in microwave and just makes coffee. Ease of use is great as well but cleaning the frother alongside of separate heating mechanism for milk is kind of what I think I wasted money on this one.

Great machine but the ease of use was a bit difficult I’d give it 5stars but not the easiest machine to operate but does have a lot of features!

Love the versatility of using kcups or your own coffee with different serving sizes. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot the necessary time. The attached frother whisk works perfectly to make your own specialty coffee. Overall we are extremely happy with this product. We finally found the perfect one.

The good: - does ground coffee in various sizes. -Has a kcup adaptor. -Has hot water. Really modern interface. - Makes excellent coffee. The bad: - proprietary triple injection for kcup. Implies no reusable kcups can be used. - custom oval cone filter for ground coffee... no reusable filter available anywhere on market. - the milk frother is cheap and not useful. Better to use ikea milk frother for $3

I've had this for about 6 months now, and I would like to like this more, but there are a few key flaws that really disappoint me. The primary flaw is the Carafe just really really really sucks. It's very difficult to pour without spilling because THERE IS NO SPOUT. The lid is also completely open and un-insulated, so it only keeps coffee warm for about half an hour. I also don't appreciate that they are charging extra for removing components. They removed the hot plate because it's incompatible with that terrible carafe, but are still charging more. I thought "hey, an insulated carafe is worth it, cause burned coffee is gross" but nope. they failed. I wish they just allowed you to pick the number of oz you brew, but after 18 oz they just have some pre-set steps and are pretty large and don't match the amount I want to brew. The beeps are super annoying and there is no way to turn them off. The water tank is is not big enough. You have to risk spilling when you fill it if you want to brew a full pot. It does sense if you ran out of water before the brew is done though, which is good. It does make reasonably good coffee in the end, but so do a lot of cheaper machines. The different brew methods do make a difference. I've never used the k-kup brewing method though, so I can't speak to that experience. Overall, I could still give it 5 stars if the carafe weren't so god-awful, and it were a bit cheaper.

I enjoy making a carafe of coffee or using just the pods depending on how many people are drinking coffee that morning. When brewing pods, I like using the rich setting to make it a little stronger. Overall, the machine is a great replacement for my previous machine.

This is a good coffeemaker. However, one major flaw with this particular model. If you like your coffee to stay hot for several hours, buy the model that has the glass carafe and warming plate. This thermal carafe does not keep the coffee hot for very long at all. There is no warming plate so we constantly have to microwave our cup of coffee. It keeps it warm, but not hot. Love the coffeemaker, but I wish I bought the other model.
