we needed a new coffee maker and as I love all ninja products we opted for this model, its super-fast and compact and even dispenses hot water so more counterspace no more kettles.

We’ve owned 3 Keurig machines over the last 10 years and wanted something that kept the frothing function on our latest Keurig but would make a full pot on those weekends when we would be around for that second cup, but also still brew K-cups during the work week. This machine does all of that and more, with multiple custom brew cycles, programmable time delay, even a lever to temporarily stop the drip when you want to grab that first cupful out of the pot before it’s done brewing. It’s like the folks who designed this machine actually used it themselves. This is our 3rd or 4th Ninja appliance and all of them have been winners. Very Highly recommended.

My last coffee machine was a Ninja; it lasted me over 12 years. The biggest draw point for this new one was (again) the stainless steel carafe, but this one has a large enough opening for me to easily clean the inside. There are a lot of bells and whistles on this one; so far, the separate spouts for brewing coffee and hot water are my favorite. I will try the milk frothing wand eventually. It has earned the nickname "Starship" due to the light-up display panel.

Saw this product and had to give it a try. So far not disappointed in its performance. Use it daily. Easy to use. Highly recommended to buy. Plus got it on sale.

I brought this a little over a year ago for my wife. It's been great makes a good pot of coffee everytime haven't had a single issue not even when I forgot to fill the water reservoir it jist told me to add water and everything was fine. I noticed right away the flavor was much better than a regular drip coffee pot that I've always used and I really wasn't expecting it. My wife likes to use the coffee bar part of it and she loves it. We have not used the k-cup part of it so i cannot attest to that part. The hot water dispenser I didn't think I was ever going to use but there's a boil option and sometimes it's really useful.

I'm a pro now thanks to this fantastic coffee machine!! It is so easy to use and clean. The carafe keeps the coffee nice and hot, love that feature. The frother is simply the best and I love that it is built in, easy to clean and stores away! Ninja made a great product with this one! We are very happy with it.

Pleasantly surprised by how much we love our new coffee maker. We have been looking for one that my husbands tall travel cup will fit u we and this is perfect! It is very easy to program, has lots of great options and the coffee it makes is so much better than any other coffee maker we have ever had.

Because of the new carafe, theirs no warmer. So the coffee does not stay hot very long at all. We are pretty bummed about it. We really enjoyed it on the older model, with the glass pot & warming plate, before they upgraded to the metal carafe. Truly, we preferred that one.

I love this coffee pot. It’s very versatile and makes a great cup of coffe.

Really happy with the newer design Ninja has implemented here. The previous models had a really bad habit of leaking and I haven't had any issues with this model.

Been very happy with this unit so far. Brews fast, tons of options, and very versatile, plus small footprint. Water temperature has been very good, too. I would recommend this unit for anyone that is looking for a hybrid coffee system.

Bought this to replace a drip coffee maker that made pots and a kcup type coffee maker. This machine easily convert from cups to pots and back again. It saves a lot of counter space compared to having 2 machines sitting there.

I bought this coffee maker based on the fact it offered significant flexibility in brewing; regular ground coffee in a variety of cup sizes (hot & ice) as well as full pot quantities, and brew strength control. I have not been disappointed; it performs as well as I anticipated. I personally don't prefer K cups, they don't have the full flavor I enjoy, but does allow me to have a variety of coffee on hand for guests. I prefer to grind my coffee fresh with each cup or pot and use more coffee than a typical K cup. Overall I'm highly satisfied with this system.
