"If you're looking for a coffee maker that makes great coffee, this one's a winner. The quality of the materials is impressive. Just be aware that the first time you use it, you'll definitely want to consult the manual or watch a video. It's not immediately intuitive. But after that initial learning curve, it's a breeze to use!

I have this coffee maker with the glass carafe that we use daily and love it. I purchased this model with the thermos as carafe for our camper so we can easily take our coffee outside with us. I am pretty sure the iced options will get more use in the camper.

Been very happy with this unit so far. Brews fast, tons of options, and very versatile, plus small footprint. Water temperature has been very good, too. I would recommend this unit for anyone that is looking for a hybrid coffee system.

Bought this to replace a drip coffee maker that made pots and a kcup type coffee maker. This machine easily convert from cups to pots and back again. It saves a lot of counter space compared to having 2 machines sitting there.

So far, everything is working as it is supposed to. I do love the extra option to get boiling hot water separately for my tea. No coffee particles in my cup.

Love the stainless steel carafe! Keeps the coffee hot for so much longer! Love the option for k cups or to brew a batch! Had our last one of this same version for years before it broke and immediately replaced with this one!! Would absolutely buy again, but it’s great quality so that’ll be many years from now.

We loved this one more than any other we’ve had. Very simple to use, yet super modern and with many different features.

I bought this coffee maker based on the fact it offered significant flexibility in brewing; regular ground coffee in a variety of cup sizes (hot & ice) as well as full pot quantities, and brew strength control. I have not been disappointed; it performs as well as I anticipated. I personally don't prefer K cups, they don't have the full flavor I enjoy, but does allow me to have a variety of coffee on hand for guests. I prefer to grind my coffee fresh with each cup or pot and use more coffee than a typical K cup. Overall I'm highly satisfied with this system.

The product is really good but I didn’t chose the right product as I prefer lattes and this machine requires me to heat milk in microwave and just makes coffee. Ease of use is great as well but cleaning the frother alongside of separate heating mechanism for milk is kind of what I think I wasted money on this one.

I love this coffee pot. It’s very versatile and makes a great cup of coffe.

Great on space saving. We like being able to go from pods to pot of coffee since we have different schedules. However, it is disappointing there is not an option on Rich brew to make a pot of coffee between 16 oz or 26 oz. Drinking two large (10 oz) strong cups of coffee in the morning is not covered.

It does its job well. Water reservoirs is a bit small but that is not a bad thing either.

I really like the versatility of this coffee maker since it has a full pot option and a single cup option. It makes good coffee and the milk frother is a nice addition.
