I had a basic Nina coffee maker and was very happy with it. Coffee was great every time. We decided to upgrade cause we wanted more features. The only downfall is the “coffee pot” doesn’t keep the coffee hot for long because it doesn’t have a warming plate. But still an amazing machine

Been very happy with this unit so far. Brews fast, tons of options, and very versatile, plus small footprint. Water temperature has been very good, too. I would recommend this unit for anyone that is looking for a hybrid coffee system.

Bought this to replace a drip coffee maker that made pots and a kcup type coffee maker. This machine easily convert from cups to pots and back again. It saves a lot of counter space compared to having 2 machines sitting there.

I bought this coffee maker based on the fact it offered significant flexibility in brewing; regular ground coffee in a variety of cup sizes (hot & ice) as well as full pot quantities, and brew strength control. I have not been disappointed; it performs as well as I anticipated. I personally don't prefer K cups, they don't have the full flavor I enjoy, but does allow me to have a variety of coffee on hand for guests. I prefer to grind my coffee fresh with each cup or pot and use more coffee than a typical K cup. Overall I'm highly satisfied with this system.

Very versatile. Can make single cups or easily remove the K-Cup adapter then make a pot of coffee using the thermos and heading as much coffee as you like to get to the strength you like. My wife also loves the fact that it has a frother attached so she can use it as she pleases. We love our Ninja coffee maker.

All the features I was looking for. No more broken caraffs as this one is metal. Now given my kettle away as this machine boils water too !

Love my new ninja coffee maker. Perfect for what I need at my house.

We bought two of these one for us and one for my in-laws. The machine is nice, especially with the built-in frother. However, the carafe stinks. The opening on the top is too large and not well insulated so the coffee doesn’t stay warm long enough and it constantly leaks every time you pour from it. It’s very frustrating to have to clean off the carafe and counter after every cup you pour.

I love it, especially the hot water for my tea. The rich coffee option is amazing as well. I'm very pleased with this Ninja Coffee Maker

I really like the versatility of this coffee maker since it has a full pot option and a single cup option. It makes good coffee and the milk frother is a nice addition.

I bought a coffee machine for my daughter, and she's very happy that she can make both hot and cold coffee. However, it's better to add ice from the freezer because the machine freezes ice very slowly. Today I purchase second one to my home.

So far the only negative we've found is sometimes you get small.amount of grounds in your cuo when using the pods. The iced option is great! And would have liked a frother that has an option for hot or cold froth like my old Keurig system had but thats minimal issue.

Great on space saving. We like being able to go from pods to pot of coffee since we have different schedules. However, it is disappointing there is not an option on Rich brew to make a pot of coffee between 16 oz or 26 oz. Drinking two large (10 oz) strong cups of coffee in the morning is not covered.

I love this unit. I can use it for K-cup or drip brew coffee. My wife can have instant hot water for a cup of tea and we can both have a bowl of hot cereal or oatmeal using the same thermal hot water function. No more worries about "Hey, honey, did you turn the tea kettle off on the stove?" Had a service issue early on but Ninja (Shark) replaced it quickly and with minimal hassle.

Great machine works great love the switch between regular and Kcup
