Replaced our broken keurig with this and have never been dissapointed. Brews fast, looks nice. Works great.

It's a good system. Very versatile and easy to change between settings. I do wish I had purchased the system with the hotplate, as the stainless steel pot doesn't keep it warm long enough.

What an amazing machine! It does everything! It has a milk frother! You can use the k-cups or regular coffee brewing. It’s just fabulous! I love making coffee in the morning!

Simple and works better than our last ninja dual brew. My wife loves it. The seperate line for hot water is awesome.

We have really enjoyed this product. It replaced our Keurig Kcup and coffee pot allowing for more counter space. It is nice to pick the number of ounces for brew as well as classic or rich brew.

Love it the only thing that it should have yes the pot is stainless steel but it should still come with the warming plate if you get the one that has a stainless steel pit it wont have a warming plate on the bottom

Love it! I started saving money and getting my coffee at home instead of outside. I had this machine for a year now and works great! I use both the plastic k-cup refillable and the reusable filter. I use the k-cup when making coffee for me and the filter when family is visiting. Love you have choices. Also love the fact that can get hot water for my hot cocoa and tea without reheating it in the microwave.. a Plus! Have not had any kind of issues yet and been making coffee every single day for a year.

After reviewing comparisons of the keurig duo plus compared to this ninja dualbrew, I ended up buying this one due to the seperate hot water tap as we have both coffee and tea drinkers in the house. I have yet to use the milk frothed option, but the rest works great. Coffee tastes great and water for tea is hot enough for a good brew. The seperate single serve insert is a little clunky and I wish it did not have to be removed to use the full brew method, but I can live with it. One thing to remember is that there is an in and off switch to use if you are taking the carafe out before the end of brewing to steal a cup as there is not an automatic shut off. I also wish there were more options for a reusable basket. As yet, I have not found one, as the one Ninja has was on back order last I looked, Overall, I still would buy this over the keurig for the reasons of versatility for my household.

Purchased in November and we love this coffee maker. Compact and allows both a full pot and k-cups. We also have loved getting the piping hot clean water for tea. It’s been a great purchase and no regrets

It was ok. We took it back to exchange for another with a glass carafe and heating element because my husband swears his coffee was not hot enough. We love Ninja coffee makers. They really outlast the others and always make a great cup of coffee even a year later!

I love the stainless steel carafe. It keeps coffee hot for awhile. Easy to use, no issues at the moment!

Just received my Ninja Dual Brew Pro 12-Cup Specialty Coffee System and I love it. Takes up less space on my kitchen counter than my old Ninja did. I am looking forward to using the occasional K- cups in the future! Love the option to do this. I would highly recommend this for all my friends and family!

I've had many coffee makers over the years, from standard pur overs to Nespresso. This time, I wanted an "all- in-one" that would satisfy everyone in the household without breaking the bank. This was my best choice and none of us have been disappointed! The only thing it lacks is an included permanent filter, which I ended up purchasing separately. Otherwise, it does everything we need. The coffee temp is hot and having the added "hot or boiling water" feature is great! Pods are pierced with 3 holes which is also great. The attached frother is pretty basic (my grandkids enjoy it!) - it's not super powerful. I prefer this thermal carafe over the glass. This feature seems to have some people leaving bad reviews, maybe because they don't understand the difference- glass carafe with warming plate, thermal carafe doesnt need or have the warming plate! The total footprint on the counter is nice as well - not too wide or tall.

Great coffee and espresso maker. The only thing it doesn’t stay real hot long. It will be hot up to about 20mins after made but I’m used to my coffee staying on in its carafe about an hour to hour in a half. But it makes a great cup.

Very nice coffee pot. I was worried because I am used to using a Bunn, but this one is very nice. It's compact and very easy to use. I have not tried the one cup yet as I like the pot. Thank You
