This Ninja Coffe Maker is great, we love it. We retired our older machine for this deul brew and have been completely satisfied. Whether it is just getting hot water, K-Cup, or making a pot of your favorite coffee it is perfect every time. Complete setup by the book is well worth the short time it takes.

Quick and great tasting coffee. Very user friendly machine.

This replaces an old carafe coffee maker that wasn't heating the water. Tried all the features the first night after going through the setup process. This system makes a hot pot of coffee or a super hot cup of water for tea. The taste is so much better when the water is the correct temp. The frother works well. We are using Peets MDB, and have some Caribou on hand to try next. Super easy to use each morning. The carafe keeps a pot hot for a hour or so then cools slightly to really warm. Coffee is gone by then anyway. The carafe pours nicely to, with no mess. The separate water for tea is brilliant. No coffee taste for non coffee drinkers. Overall we are super happy with this purchase.

The only negative on this coffee maker is that the metal carafe doesn’t keep the coffee hot. Coffee gets cold very quickly.

Brewing time is quick and the frothing attachment works well. I do wish it had the option for a filter. I give it 4 stars due to coffee grounds occasionally in the mug when using k-cups and that our first unit did fail after a couple of months but that can happen to any manufacturer. We’ll see how the new one lasts

Love the coffee maker, had it for almost 1 year. Only flaw so far, the carafe started leaking and Ninja does not cover it under the 1 year warranty. Buying a new carafe is a quarter the cost of the initial purchase which will also still not be covered under warranty if it leaks as well.

I love this coffee maker, you can do alot of fun different ideas with coffee. Especially tea as well.

I love this coffee maker. I had a good Cuisinart before and a Braun before that. I like to have the coffee hot but do not like to keep it on a burner as it degrades in my opinion. So I always buy the ones with an insulated carafe. I have never liked using pods because the flavor is always watery in my opinion. This one made me a believer. I still prefer to grind and brew my own but somedays you just don't have time and this makes a good pod coffee. Plus you can adjust every cup or carafe to the exact size you want, rich or normal, It is just awesome. The independent reviews are the same. I will give one negative to be fair, the carafe does not keep the coffee hot as long as the other two previously mentioned brands. The carafe is easier to clean than both though due to wide opening for the lid.

Love the flexibility of the water reservour and thermal pitcher.

I bought this coffee pot because of the features. Every single one of them does what it should. The coffee temperature is awesome! I also bought reusable coffee filters on Amazon for the pot and the individual option. Both fit great! I highly recommend this pot!!

This coffee system does everything but drive the kids to school. No, really, you can brew a cup, travel mug or pot of coffee. It can also use coffee pods so vanilla lattes, hot chocolate, one super cup of coffee. Also froths milk, but doesn't heat, the one drawback. We had a Ninja coffee system previously and we were super happy with it -- it wore out after seven years of hard use.

Overall very solid machine. Not having the 'iced coffee' function moving to this machine from another Ninja was kind of a let-down, but in all honesty, the slower brewing cycle that used really doesn't net a huge difference in flavor profile to my burned out taste buds. Works on a variety of cup styles. Love how long the stainless steel Karafe keeps liquid warm!

We upgraded from our older Ninja coffee maker and we are so glad we did. The added features, including the k cup attachment option, make this machine like your own little gourmet coffee shop.

I’ve went through several Keurigs and finally when I came back to return the another one that kept messing up, the manager of my local store recommended this Ninja to me and I’ve been in love with it ever since!!

Not sure if this makes my coffee taste better but I love this machine for the features. The stay warm feature is great! The fact that you can have hot coffee for four hours was reason enough for me to purchase this coffee maker. The design and cup settings were a bonus! This fits perfectly in our coffee bar. I absolutely it!

I love it, slim and does not occupy a lot space. self cleaning.

I was skeptical at first and thought I wouldn’t like this coffee maker, however that quickly changed by how simple it was to get it set up and brew a cup of coffee. The first cup was amazing! The K-cup was easy to put in the dispenser and brewed pretty fast. The dedicated hot water dispenser delivered hot water without coffee grinds in it - perfect!
