I was skeptical at first and thought I wouldn’t like this coffee maker, however that quickly changed by how simple it was to get it set up and brew a cup of coffee. The first cup was amazing! The K-cup was easy to put in the dispenser and brewed pretty fast. The dedicated hot water dispenser delivered hot water without coffee grinds in it - perfect!

My wife and I love this Ninja coffee maker. Makes single serving or pot. Easy to use.

Small and compact doesn't take up too much space easy to use.

OMG! I LOVE IT! I have had so many expensive coffee makers in the last few years (this is my 3rd with all of them over $200 makers). I originally had a Cuisinart brewer with the carafe and single k-cup so I could use my K-cups and my husband could brew a pot without having coffee makers on the counter. He started using only k-cups so I purchased one of the black stainless steel color Keurigs. It had more brewing options than the Cuisinart, but I got tired of having to use 2 k-cups for a travel tumbler or getting watered down coffee from using just one k-cup. I purchased this Ninja and OMG! it's the best of both worlds without having a bunch of room on your counter taken up! I purchased it during a sale for under $200 and I was disappointed at first thinking it didn't have a brew timer to preset at night, but you just have to use the "delay" button. Also, I'm not sure if the coffee maker does it or my kids keep messing with up, but the open and close lever keeps getting slid to closed and then it doesn't brew in the morning. I also love how you can chose where to put the water reservoir. The cold brew options works great as well! Make sure to follow the directions in the manual for the best brews thought!

Love it. Bought a second for our lake home. Makes really good coffee. Using good coffee and reusable pods are excellent. Seems to brew the pods better than kureg. We do use distilled water.

Love this, i like i can do singles either pod or ground. Yes you can buy those pods and put ground in them for kurig but not the same. And that i can make full pot if people over is great.

My attraction to purchasing this originally was for the separate coffee and hot water that provides no cross contamination. But the real bonus was that it also makes excellent Keurig style coffee. Much better than our previous Keurig branded coffee machine.

It makes coffee fast. You don't have to wait long once you start it. Tast is excellent, thank you for this machine. Nice small footprint takes up less room and does bouth pod & 10 cup.

We've tried other combo coffee makers, this unit delivers! Many options, taste, size, price, and etc. all are reasonable. Definitely recommend. A picky con is the clock can only be set upon unplugging. Otherwise, great machine!

I like that i could choose the amount of coffee i need. The carafe has its place of storage and i dont need to refill water everytime i make coffee. The frother is also useful even for my powdered drink.

Exactly what I was looking for and works great. No problems. Like the K-cup, drip coffee and boiling water for cup of soup. I also like the option on size of drink, multiple ounces to choose.

Nice machine and doesn’t take up too much counter space. Got it on a good sale, too.

Who knew a coffee machine could be so convenient. I really like that you can make a pot or a cup of coffee and you have the option to use kpods. It's very simple to use and seems well made.

You can't go wrong with any Ninja product. This is the perfect coffee machine. K-cups, or regular filter coffee. The hot water feature is great for hot chocolate, tea, or oatmeal. Lots of great features.
