I was iffy buying this instead of my Keurig- the other Keurig went out-- But i took a chance and I love it- many other options and also uses my Keurig cups-- my daughter uses it to make her Cold brew coffee, Don't question yourself get it!

I absolutely love this coffee maker. I have researched this after purchasing 2 different machines that did not last, and this was the best quality. I am not having any issues with this machine, and I use about 8 cups a day. Works great, Easy to use. Worth every penny.

Great coffee maker! The only thing I do not like is the carafe doesn’t keep the coffee hot. One hour after brewing the coffee is almost room temperature. I may return and get the one with the heat plate.

I don't really write reviews often. However, I had to write a review on this one, this is amazing, I bought this to replace my Keurig and no complaints until now. Amazing coffee

Love it! wish ti came with a permanent coffee grain strainer but we ended up just getting more paper cones. Easy to switch from pods to grain mode and switching it to water. Everything is easy to read and understand. Haven't used the frother yet. Neat that it can make hot water or boiling.

The only reason that i didn’t give five stars is because it did not have a hot plate like othe coffee machines. Other than that it is great.

I bought this pot to replace my existing Ninja coffee maker. What I like: You can tell it what size coffee to brew in several increments from 4oz to 55oz. It will make boiling hot water from 4oz to 55 oz. The reservoir can be moved to show on the side or store in the back. The reservoir is removable to fill it (though I fill mine from a pitcher). It has several brew modes (most of which I haven't tested yet). Has a K-Cup adapter for the generation that requires that. The plate the carafe sits on does not get hot, which means if you brew a 55oz carafe of coffee, you must plan to drink it within 2 to 2.5 hours. What I don't like: The stainless steel carafe is tricky to get my large hand into to clean. The cord for it is short, which was a pain on the coffee bar I keep the pot on.

Long type Kcup coffee drinker and Keurig users. Keurig just didn't have a machine that had all the features of the Ninja and without a bunch of reviews of issues developing. If you are between Keurig and Ninja, choose Ninja and you will not be disappointed. Coffee tastes that much better too!

I love it way better than the keurig machine i had it would break down 3 months later i would call customer service receive a new one and it would break down 2 months later this maching has been great so far❤️

Oh my this is best Coffee Maker that we have ever purchased. Easy to use and the great part we can have a single cup or 43 ounces. Love the Lattes!!!!

I had one before that had a glass caraf that I liked better. The coffee stayed warmer longer. I haven’t used the spinner for a late’ yet. Other than that I like it very much.

Love Ninja products! Can use pods or grounds. Make pot or cup! Very versatile!

This is absolutely the best coffee maker I have ever purchased because it does both have Keurig and regular coffee at the same time and hot water boiling at the same time for oatmeal tea. Whatever you like. It's an amazing coffee maker. I just wish the water got a little bit hotter though.
