Great quality, works pretty good and easy to use.!

Love the flexibility of this system. The pod system is fast and flexible. The display is easy to use. I love the hot water feature that comes in really handy for so many things (you can select how much water you want to dispense and choose from Hot or Boiling). The milk frother is easy to use and clean and the measuring spoon fits on the side and is clearly marked with measuring guidelines. So easy!! I like the thermal carafe but note there is no warming plate with the thermal carafe, that seems standard and prevent coffee from getting burned and acidic, plus it saves energy. I have a few other Ninja products and have had no problems with quality or defects. They work well out of the box and are easy to use. I highly recommend this coffee maker. I use it every day, throughout the day.

Overall great one device needed to make variations. If you buy this product I recommend buying a metal coffee filter because per instruction even to make a K-cup you need it so you use a lot of filters fast.

I fully recommend this coffee machine if you're a coffee lover. Amazing for iced and hot coffee. It doesn't have a heating pad, put the pot metal keeps the coffee hot.

I think they should emphasize that this model does not have a warming plate. Pretty disappointed. I have never ever owned a coffee maker that does not have a warming plate. The carafe does not keep coffee hot for a very long time.

Super fast morning brew, what a family with kids who hustles in the morning needs! Excellent machine. Frother doesnt steam, but works well for espresso!

We just bought this to upgrade from our single serve keurig. Very happy with it so far and excited with all the features and functionality. Instruction book needs more information as it was hard to understand how to switch from the single pod pour to carafe

This is an incredible versatile coffee machine! It can make coffee using grinds or pods, which taste great since you have so much control over the size and strength. But it also makes hot or boiling water.

Brews a great cup, easy operation with many cup size options. Fast for hot water dispensing for tea. Does not have hot plate, but the carafe keeps cofee plenty hot. Love this machine!

This coffee maker is the best coffee maker hands down beats all others especially keurig best coffee you can make at home even beats dd and starbucks

Wow! This Ninja does it all. Allows for use of grounds and K-cups, so replaced 2 older coffee makers and Keurig. And a great price for all it does!

Upgraded my 6/7 year old Ninja machine and so far this is a great machine. Only use for black coffee, so cannot say all the options are great, but sure does brew a great pot of coffee.

We just love this coffee maker. Make a cup or a pot. Very easy to operate. My wife loves the boiling water switch so he tea doesn’t taste like coffe and I use it make oatmeal. I highly recommend this product.
