Makes great coffee when you have the time to take it out and make coffee. I dont have that time so I marked it down one point in the area of ease of use. Great for company or parties or days off.

Great coffee pot for duel functionality. Love that I can still use k cups or make a pot of coffee. My wife loves the frother function a lot.

Very easy to use & put together. I love the options of either just using k cup pods or coffee grounds , so I can either make a single serving or more if I’m having guests over . Best feature hands down is the fact that I can make iced coffee with out melting my ice .

Amazon hos fast it brews coffee cups. very quick and easy to manipulate. Brand made good appliances. I used to have Keurig machines, but decided to give it a change to ninja, and happy with the purchase. not cheap but worth every dollar.

I prefer regular brewed coffee & my husband prefers kcups so this unit gives us the best of both worlds!

We love this coffee maker but we had to return it and get the model with the glass carafe and heating pad, which is the same just without the terrible stainless carafe. It only kept the coffee warm for 1-2hr, still drinkable but not hot. Other then that we love this coffee maker.

This has been hands down my favorite coffee maker. I’ve had Keurig’s along with other expensive coffee makers and this one is definitely my favorite. It makes making coffee fun. The coffee tastes great too!

Excellent product. I haven’t used all its features, but I love making a single cup of iced coffee quickly. You can also brew tea as it has a hot water setting too. Very easy to use and keep clean. Also plenty of options for travel cup, pitcher, single cup, etc.

Very convenient, I love the hot water option, use it often for tea. The size of it makes it easy to store and it doesn’t take up too much space

Works great. So far only used K cups. Have not yet brewed entire pot or used the milk steamer. Looks nice. Compact design.

After my Keurig died, I want something different but could still use the K-Cups. This was on sale for Black Friday and one of my best purchases. So far so good. I especially love that I can close the drip spout.
