Purchased after our last keurig died. Good quality for the price. Easy to use.

I’m not a huge coffee person but I enjoy an occasional cappuccino or hot chocolate so I decided to buy this product. I’ve only ever used it’s K-Cup functionality so far but having the option to use coffee beans is nice, especially when I get exotic blends from travel. The water tank can be positioned either on the side or behind the machine so that makes it easy to find somewhere to put it in the kitchen. The detachable milk frother works as intended but cleaning it up is a bit of a pain; I think getting a separate handheld one would have been better. Overall, I’m satisfied with the machine but I’d wait to buy it on sale rather than pay full-price. And if you don’t intend to use it for anything other than K-cups you may be better off getting a different product at a better price.

Brews faster and richer than my previous Keurig. Plus it takes up less space, looks better and has more versatile brewing options.

It's very good and the price is reasonable. You can use it for a single-serve coffee or via the thermal carafe for brewing multiple cups. A special feature is the attached frother.

Really enjoying how many options this maker provides. My only complaint is not having a hot plate for the carafe. The Carafe being insulated, helps keep the coffee warm but not hot. Otherwise this is a solid machine

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. There is a slight learning curve getting your flavors down. But the machine works as advertised and she loved the included milk frother.

Bought this to replace our old Keurig…and it didn’t disappoint . Way to use and looks great too.

I have tried most coffee makers on the market and this one makes the best tasting coffee so far. Operates a bit differently than others so a big of a learning curve is involved.

This is by far the best coffee maker I have owned. Offers the ability to use k-cups, single serve with coffee grounds, or a whole pot.

So far, this machine is amazing. I do wish it has a hot plate to keep the coffee warm, but that didn't make or break anything. I love the built-in frother on the side so I can have my creamy goodness on top of my coffee. It's like love in a cup.

Purchase this coffee maker since our old Keurig went dead after many years of service, I gave chance to Ninja Dual Brew Pro 12 cups, and the experience is Amazing, we all love all the options that this litle machine brings, really a win win, have option to use the k-cups compatible with Keurig and a thermal carafe, we are been able to do some special cold refreshments as well, also very affordable; honestly this machine is a must at home

Love this machine. You don't need to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to get good quality. It is used daily and am extremely pleased with the results.
