This coffee machine is very efficient for all types of coffee grind or powder and k cup .

Ninja system is very easy to use and straight forward. Morning wont be the same for not having a coffee that makes it easier than ever.

We tries. few other brands of fancy combo brewers before buying this and none of them met our demands the way this one does. Our old coffee maker was a ninja as well and never let us down so I doubt we'll stay form the brand anytime soon.

I absolutely love this coffee machine. Especially during summer, instead of drinking hot coffee in the morning, I can drink ice coffee and its easy to use too.

We haven't used all the features of the coffee maker, but the machine has a lot of options, which comes in handy when there are a lot of coffee drinkers. It was easy to set up and use so far.

I have had this coffee maker for a while. No problems at all or complaints. It works awesome and it's nice to just boil water for hot cocoa or tea.

Bought this as a gift for my parents, they love it! They use it pretty much every single day and the amount of features it has is astounding. Really great overall coffee system by Ninja.

We use K-Cups almost daily and this machine splatters coffee all over the machine and counter near the machine. We have cleaned it over and over which never corrects the issue. The coffee stream goes all over the place like your thumb on a water hose. For $200 I expected a better machine and is why I spent more to get a Ninja. All other features work great but only used occasionally. Our past Keurig machines have never splattered coffee while making coffee.

This Ninja took the bitter taste out of our coffee! Brews a cup or pot. The pot keeps coffee warm and will not break if dropped.

Easy to set up and delay timer is great. Multifunctional with ground coffee or pods. Also has a convenient hot water setting.

Wife loves it. She wishes the pod adaptor did not need to come completely off to make ground coffee (you cannot have both installed to make ground coffee) but other than that its a great machine.

This coffee maker has been a great upgrade compared to my previous Keurig. Also love that I can also use this for hot water and don’t end up with coffee water instead!

Great coffee maker! Looks really sleek and modern, I use the hot water feature to make hot chocolate and the frother to stir it up! Great for making my daily coffee pod too.

I had another Ninja coffee pot and loved it. This one makes just as good coffee and does K cups as well. I have some family that wants to use K cups, while I still like brewing with ground coffee. This does both and very well.

We've heard good things about Ninja coffee makers and we're off to a great start with our new one. It does a good job making pots of coffee and K-cups. The Frother works well too.

I like this coffee machine. The only thing I don’t like us to put filters in there the filter for it should’ve been filtered already.

We were looking for something that would do pods or brew a full carafe of coffee for those mornings when you need more than one cup. My wife absolutely loves the milk frother thingy and makes her special Starbucks like drinks herself now which pretty sure is saving me money lol. Haven't had any issues thus far and the thing I like most about it is the pods Brew in less than a minute. We had issues with Keurig not wanting to recognize the pods so we upgraded to this bad boy. It is a bit pricey but looks nice on the counter and as long as it lasts a few years it will be worth the money in the long run. If you're looking for something with bells and whistles this definitely has at least two bells and one whistle. :-)
