Our old coffee maker was a ninja as well and never let us down so I doubt we'll stay form the brand anytime soon.

It was easy to set up and use so far.

She wishes the pod adaptor did not need to come completely off to make ground coffee (you cannot have both installed to make ground coffee) but other than that its a great machine.

Ninja removes bitter coffee taste

This one makes just as good coffee and does K cups as well. I have some family that wants to use K cups, while I still like brewing with ground coffee. This does both and very well.
