Pretty cool machine. Very easy to use and all the features are easy to access and use. I simply used a Kuerig for years and this was a good upgrade for daily coffee drinkers who may want more than just a cup of coffee.

Best buy was the only place that sold this with the the thermal carafe instead of the glass one, and had an amazing price for Black Friday. The CFP301 is great for drip and kcups,and the milk frother is super easy to use.

Coffe machine came just in time because mines was going out like the fact that I can make a pot speciality drinks

Love this coffee machine. Able to extract great tasting coffee every morning. So far no issues. Water dispenses evenly in the coffee grounds. Siblings love the fact that you can use k-Cups as well. Couldn’t be happier .

I was hesitant because there were some negative reviews but I love this machine. Super versatile and no issues at all.

the coffee tastes better that in the older model, first time trying k-cups and not a fan, but fur the normal coffee brew I love it! also been using the boiling water dispenser and it's a huge time saver

Makes one pot or K ups of coffee with ease. It takes a little practice to get the K cup adapter in right. It now we know how it works great!

Absolutely loved this thing at first, but that went downhill after a year or so. It started getting very pressurized inside and making loud noises. The lid would eventually pop open on the top, spilling the coffee grounds into the machine prompting a "Clean Machine" error. When it works, its the best coffee maker ever, emphasis on when it works.

I absolutely love!!! I was a barista for two years and wanted a coffee maker that offers different brewing options, and this product delivered. I mostly use it for single serve with the paper filter instead of K-cups. The K-cup attachment can be removed to use a regular coffee filter, and you can make a single cup up to a large pot of coffee. It also comes with a separate hot water dispenser, which I often use for tea and French press coffee, very convenient!

I love my Ninja coffeemaker from the 12 cup stainless steel carafe to the single cup! I’m still learning about it but this was coffee maker is easy and user friendly!

I needed to replace a Cuisinart dual-compartment coffee maker that allowed you to use K-Cups and brew a carafe and came across this on Best Buy. I used to have a Ninja coffee maker so I know that they're good coffee makers. It's a little more high-tech than your standard coffee maker but it's not too hard to figure out how to work it. The separate water line is perfect for making tea or a bowl of oatmeal. I haven't used the milk frother attachment yet but I'm sure that it'll make some great cappuccinos when I do try it out. So far, I love this thing.

Good machine— needs some tweaks. Frothing wand could heat the milk too, the machine has to have a full component installed to switch from brewing a pot to using a k cup so you have to store the k cup part somewhere when making a pot. Lastly the water vessel is awkward to hold when filling- no handle l(all things I appreciated in my Keurig dual brew. The ninja does make a really nice HOT cup of coffee though and when you choos “rich” for the brew choice, it really IS a rich flavor

Best coffee machine I have owned so far. Coffee comes out hot and stays warm for a few hours. Like that you can move water tank to the rear or side. k-cup attachment is easy to swap out.
