This is the best coffee/latte machine ever. It’s easy to use and I love the fact that you can get boiling hot water in less than 30 seconds.

I read the other reviews before buying this product. I did not encounter the same issues as other people with water spills, the drip missing the mug etc,. There's a foldable placeholder for the mug (smallest one I used was a 6oz) that brings it closer to the drip so it wouldn't make a mess. I have no complaints using this product. It doesn't take up much space. I especially like how well the frother works. Highly recommended!

This is the best coffee maker I’ve ever had. I wanted something other than keurig but something that would use kcups. It’s perfect!! Works great!

I have liked all the ninja products and this one does not disappoint. We normally use the individual pod choice but it’s nice to have the option to make a pot. I bought a reusable pod that I load with my own coffee so it’s very affordable. Have had no issues. Froths milk very good too.

If you drink your coffee black, do not buy this coffee maker. If you load it up with sweeteners and cream, you'll probably be okay. I tried everything imaginable to get a decent cup of black coffee out of this machine and I found it incapable of doing so. After 6 months of trying, I gave up and bought an SCA certified home coffee machine and a Keurig for the pod people in my house, and I have been satisfied ever since. I like Ninja products. This one looks good, is well made, and has nice features, but it does not make good coffee. All the other stuff doesn't matter if it can't do that.

Overall, I really enjoy this coffee maker. All ther different options available to me is really nice. So, far no issues. It is a little complicated but overall isn’t bad once you figure it out. I think my only complaint is for the pods. I wish it was a little deeper to allow for reusables that contain more coffee grounds when using the 12oz option.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. You can do kcups or a pot of coffee. And it has a frother!! I received mine as s gift and bought another one to give as a gift.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this Ninja coffee maker. A bit about me is I am considered very frugal. I would not have considered spending a small fortune for a coffee maker but quite honestly my old maker just wasn’t cutting it, my coffee flavor simply was not enjoyable. This investment beats daily coffee runs. This maker rekindled my love for at home coffee. It is so convenient too! I appreciate the hot water feature for my afternoon tea. Have not yet used the K-cup attachment but it is nice to have for company. Only minor dissatisfaction is a bit of splashing when brewing into my cup but not too big of a deal

I love this machine because it gives me multiple ways to make a beautiful cup of coffee/espresso.

When we first got it, I'd have given it a 5. Did everything we wanted it to, was easy to use and clean and gave a good brewed cup of coffee. From a K-cup or ground and filtered pot. But it's only 4 months old and pretty much every other K-cup brew puts half the grounds into the cup of coffee. If you don't care about that, it's a pretty nice and easy coffee maker. But the longevity of the K-cup option was pretty dismal.

I originally purchased this unit as I was looking for an upscale coffee maker with some extra thrills. It lasted 12 months an then crashed. Note, I use it everyday as I am a coffee lover. Non the less, I paid a lot more for it than for a regular coffee maker. I am a Best Buy Total Protection member, I returned the unit at 12 months and they replaced it promptly. Ive not had any issues with the replacement.
