I love the Ninja!

It lasted 12 months an then crashed. Note, I use it everyday as I am a coffee lover. Non the less, I paid a lot more for it than for a regular coffee maker. I am a Best Buy Total Protection member, I returned the unit at 12 months and they replaced it promptly. Ive not had any issues with the replacement.

I do love it but after three months it is having issues with making the coffee. I am in process of replacing the coffee maker as the functions and easy use is awesome!

It’s Great and Versatile

All ther different options available to me is really nice. So, far no issues. It is a little complicated but overall isn’t bad once you figure it out. I think my only complaint is for the pods. I wish it was a little deeper to allow for reusables that contain more coffee grounds when using the 12oz option.
