Coffee pot not compatible with refillable pods..th

Once referred to refillable pods on Amazon. Per model # not compatable. Contacted Ninja again..asked of insert could be sent to make it compatabil. Nope...I drove 1.5 hours to return to store! Return was smooth.

I like the fact that you can use k-cups or regular coffee grounds. No need for my keurig anymore. It punctures three holes instead of one like the keurig into the k-cup. I got rid of my old ninja coffee maker, as this one is waaaaay better. The only downside is that you have to buy paper filters if you use coffee grounds, as it doesn’t come with a permanent reusable/washable filter as my old one did. Buy one, you won’t regret it.

Greaf coffee make with extras

I’m not particularly fond on the actual pot because I don’t like the way it pours but the wife says it me so other than that everything else works well. She love all the extra things like the pods and so on. Overall you can’t go wrong with anything Ninja.
