    All the reviews were great, so I had high expectations. Makes decent coffee. Like the metal carafe. Keeps it warmer than glass. But, the machine leaks after brewing. It does not take reusable pods making it environmentally unfriendly.

    Best coffee maker I have ever owned. Brews very fast. Mostly use the K cups. I have been very happy with all my Ninja appliances.

    I don’t like that I have to keep switching baskets for regular and kcups. Also it doesn’t keep coffee hot long. I bought this makers because my other coffee pot that still worked didn’t keep coffee hot and neither does this one.
