Like the option of using kcups. great flexibility in determining size and strength of each pot.

Great pickup

Love the fact that we can make a pot with grounds or a cup with the k-cups. Haven’t really toyed around with the frother much, but I’m sure it works fine.

Disappointed

Used the frother for about 4 minutes, but I gave up because it never changed the consistency of the milk. Also, a cup of coffee is not as hot as my old Ninja would produce.

A Great Coffee Machine

This is a really great product that I highly recommend especially if you also have a tea drinker needing hot water. My wife loves this for her tea as well.

Horrible warranty and overpriced

It would not keep the coffee hot and liquid got trapped between the two layers of metal. I contacted Ninja to get it replaced because it was brand new and they informed me that the carafe is not covered under warranty. What an absolute joke. For the price you pay from a company like Ninja to not warranty a brand new out of the box item bought from Best buy with proof of purchase is just ridiculous. Needless to say I returned it to Best buy, at least they are a good company.
