Has all the options I was looking for in a coffee maker. It can make tea, KCup, and a carafe when I need it. Awesome buy!!!

I was a little bit skeptical because we have always had a Keurig. Our most recent Keurig was a higher and one with a frother. This one is just so much better, the coffee taste better, and I love that the hot water nozzle is separate from the coffee maker nozzle so when you use hot water to make tea it doesn’t taste like coffee.

I won't list the features since you probably know them already. Instead, I'll list what I think are the disappointments: (1) frother doesn't heat milk, you need to nuke it first; (2) it doesn't accept reusable k-cups because it punctures the top in 3 places; (3) permanent cone filter is not included, is of a proprietary shape so after-market filters won't work, and is currently out-of-stock.

Great drip coffee messy pod coffee.
