Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife and I think it has been used everyday since Christmas. Love the fact that we can make a pot with grounds or a cup with the k-cups. Haven’t really toyed around with the frother much, but I’m sure it works fine.

Best tasting coffee ! I’ve had many coffee machines and this is by far my favorite.

It actually works better than a Kuerig. It can do Kuerig cups and full pots of coffee. It has a frother on the side and the tank can be maneuvered to the side or back. Love this thing. Get one for yourself!! You won't regret it!!!

Bought this ninja to replace one that failed after years of use. the coffee pot is a big improvement, insulated to keep coffee hot and wider mouth to enable cleaning easier. Like the option of using kcups. great flexibility in determining size and strength of each pot.

Makes pretty good coffee but it is overpriced, you pay a lot for the ninja name I guess. 2 star review because my carafe was defective out of the box. It would not keep the coffee hot and liquid got trapped between the two layers of metal. I contacted Ninja to get it replaced because it was brand new and they informed me that the carafe is not covered under warranty. What an absolute joke. For the price you pay from a company like Ninja to not warranty a brand new out of the box item bought from Best buy with proof of purchase is just ridiculous. Needless to say I returned it to Best buy, at least they are a good company.

Everything it does, it does well. I won't list the features since you probably know them already. Instead, I'll list what I think are the disappointments: (1) frother doesn't heat milk, you need to nuke it first; (2) it doesn't accept reusable k-cups because it punctures the top in 3 places; (3) permanent cone filter is not included, is of a proprietary shape so after-market filters won't work, and is currently out-of-stock.

This coffee maker is fantastic. I was a little bit skeptical because we have always had a Keurig. Our most recent Keurig was a higher and one with a frother. This one is just so much better, the coffee taste better, and I love that the hot water nozzle is separate from the coffee maker nozzle so when you use hot water to make tea it doesn’t taste like coffee.
