Excellent experience

My husband loves to take the quick k pod coffee just before leaving for work and I love the ground brew. I am happy we bought the dual brew and it gives excellent flavor. The price was a little too high but it was our very first coffee maker purchase and we didn’t want to settle for a less reputable brand

It does both ground coffee and k cups. It also has several other functions. The water reservoir can be moved depending on your choice of placement. I'm glad I chose to go with this particular model cause it fit all my needs

I saw the ad for the Ninja coffee maker while Best Buy was advertising their extended Cyber Monday sale and it looked intriguing. My wife and I instantly fell in love with this product. The difference in sizes as well as the option of using k-cups or ground coffee is very useful for us and our everyday coffee needs. We highly recommend!

The K-cup system with its three-pronged penetration into the K-cup really makes a difference by evenly distributing the water through the coffee for maximum flavor. Also, the pot for a larger brew keeps the coffee hot for a long time.

Good and bad

So easy to just get up and have a hot cup of coffee in a matter of a couple minutes. However, we keep having an issue with ours not brewing the correct amount we select. For example, if it’s on 12 oz, it only makes 8oz. They need to fix this issue. This is the second one we’ve had do this.
