    This is a great little machine for both pods and pots. Just wish the plate was a warmer also. The insulated pot is good just not great. It will keep your coffee warm for awhile just not hot.

    I enjoy the ease of the k pod adapter and regular brew coffee , I wish the frother wand would heat the milk at the same time, in like the machine knows the weight of your cup so it doesnt over fill or spill

    This coffee machine does it all. I love the cappuccino feature; my son does the iced coffees; and my wife just likes the regular coffee. This system does it all very well.

    We are in love with ninja products but especially our coffee maker !! It's fast and it doesn't make noise, it keeps our coffee hot for hours! we definitely recommend it

    Best coffee /multi brewer machine! Ever since my wife and I started to use it, we feel the coffee tastes better than from our old machine using the K pods. Love the frother and other cool features. Well done to Ninja!

    this system worked great for 6 months and then only the pot part worked. The pods is why this unit was purchased. The frother is still working. I brought it in with a repair ticket, they told me all they would do is recycle it. So no support, no repair options. Do NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY

    Machine works, but it’s not practical. complicated to switch between brewing, a pot and the pods

    It's an awesome machine. I love using it for iced coffee which works really well. The only downside is when not using the k cup, you have to completely remove the holder and put it somewhere. Otherwise 5 stars!
