Great coffee maker for the price

Purchase this to replace my last coffee maker that lasted 10 years. Great replacement. The insulated carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. Easy to use and set up. I usually make coffee with grounds. Great having the option to use pods for the family that comes to town and wants a cup of coffee later in the day. Kids love the frothing attachment as a hot chocolate stir.

Don’t buy

I bought this November 2021 and within 3 months it was spewing coffee grounds into our coffee (mostly pods, but the Kraft too). We clean it regularly and have changed out pods to try. Ninja sent a new unit to try and make it right. Within a week, it was doing it again. Stick with a Kerug.

Service sucks

The pods is why this unit was purchased. The frother is still working. I brought it in with a repair ticket, they told me all they would do is recycle it. So no support, no repair options. Do NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY

Better Than Advertised

Thermal Carafe needs sum re-engineering

We are pouring our brewed coffee into the our old Cuisinart thermal carafe.
