Does NOT keep coffe hot!!!

Researched and read about all different ones and finally settled on this one because of it’s many features. Have had it now for 2 weeks and beyond disappointed!! Spent almost $200 on a coffee pot and the darn thing doesn’t keep my coffee hot!!! Never read anything(until after I bought it and husband threw away the box, ugh) that the thermal carafe doenst have a warming plate!! I have never owned a coffee maker without a warming plate because we like to drink coffee throughout the day! I feel like even when I make my first cup it’s not that hot and anytime after the initial first cup has to go in the microwave! Beyond irritated, mad and annoyed I did all this research and never once asked about that option figuring with all its other bells and whistles it SHOULD make a HOT cup of coffee!!

K cups blew through like hand grenade bombs

It blew through my K cups, leaving grounds in almost every cup back to the store. It goes onto the next one, but I won’t buy a ninja.
