    Bought this to replace our old Ninja coffee bar and it does not disappoint! Coffee is piping hot and the rich brew helps with the k cups not tasting watered down.

    Works well. The stainless craft is nice and pours without spilling. The only negative is that the temperature of the coffee could be hotter.

    Overall this is a great coffee maker. However the limited warranty is extremely limited as it doesn’t cover the water container, carafe, or any other “attachment”. The warranty only covers the solid base and brewing mechanism. When our carafe started leaking after 3 months we were told it wasn’t covered but we could buy a new one for $50. What a joke. A few years ago we had a Black & Decker coffee pot and had to replace that carafe too, but it was covered under their warranty.

    Replaces two coffe pots in one! Allows you make a full pot for larger crowds or make a single serve. Only draw back is the craft doesn’t close and keep the coffe as hot.

    Great coffee machine. Heats up water quickly and easy eather with the pods or regular coffee. Can make exactly the coffee you buy at starbucks, and even better.

    Loved it until the coffee pot burner went out in a matter of six months. So I was disappointing and still had several months left to pay on it.
