Great product, crappy warranty

However the limited warranty is extremely limited as it doesn’t cover the water container, carafe, or any other “attachment”. The warranty only covers the solid base and brewing mechanism. When our carafe started leaking after 3 months we were told it wasn’t covered but we could buy a new one for $50. What a joke. A few years ago we had a Black & Decker coffee pot and had to replace that carafe too, but it was covered under their warranty.

Solid multifuction coffee maker
