It made it to about a year old and then started not putting anything but a few grinds and drops of water in the cup and steam pouring out of it. I couldn’t depend on it to make a cup of coffee before work in the morning. I called and they sent me a new one but it occasionally does the same thing. I’ve tried cleaning it but it will still do this weekly. I don’t think I will ever buy a ninja or shark product again.

Our main concern is that the carafe drips as you pour a cup of coffee. We use this daily. The amount of”dripping” seems to be increasing. If you do not fill the cup over the sink, you need to wipe the carafe off and whatever the cup was sitting on. I am wondering about the return policy. Everything works as it should but this dripping carafe is a deal breaker.

Great for awhile

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This coffeemaker has amazing flexbility and worked great with all its features from full and partial brewed pots to k-cup travel mugs. The water reservoir is easy to use, the carafe doesnt leak or drip on pours, and the touchscreen is useful and intuitive. Unfortunately this experience was short-lived when it stopped working about 15 months in, 3 months after the warranty expired. The machine tries to brew, the brew light flashes once, and then shuts off. There are no error codes on the screen and no documentation for troubleshooting with Ninja or anywhere else online that I can find for this model. It’s now a $200 paperweight, and I’m disappointed that Ninja’s quality on this coffeemaker is no better than a $40 Coffeemate.

And I like using that for my coffee in the morning. I decided to buy this one because I wanted a different flavor and also because I can make coffee for more people. I have no complaints so far. Fits perfect on my kitchen. I need coffee everyday
