    I had a Ninja for years that I loved. Naturally I was looking for another, but wanted the K-Cup plus carafe functions. I am super disappointed in what I got. This system brews coffee that is lukewarm at best. Every time I go to brew a cup, it beeps and tells me to add water, even though the reservoir is full. I made a cup of coffee on the Keurig here at work and burnt my tongue because I am not used to my coffee being brewed hot anymore. Save your money!

    Love it all the different blends and whatnot but the froth thing is not heated which would make it 5 stars.

    They sent them to bestbuy with incorrect parts. Ninja simply told me to return to store, exchanged it and second one also has incorrect pod adapter, will be exchanged again.
