No Warming Plate!

I will be trying to return this for a model with the Keep Warm function. I never would have dreamt a $200 Ninja coffee maker wouldn’t have a hot plate

Buy a more expensive Machine.

The frother does not get hot. The machine recommends you warm milk in the microwave while you have you coffee drip. Then you have to froth the milk. Super complicated. Not super versatile. I love all ninja products but not this one.
