The coffee gets cold after 20 minutes of sitting in the kettle... Ninja what is going on.. Your old model was better... Dang iam so disappointed. I like my coffee. But this is crap... Dont buy

The thermal carafe is designed to retain heat for extended periods, but its performance can depend on how it’s preheated and other factors. To improve heat retention, we recommend pre-warming the carafe with hot water before brewing. Convenient review
