Dispensed less amount than selected. It was replaced since it was within warranty. I sent it back the next day after speaking to the troubleshooting team, but I didn't receive a replacement 2 weeks after.

Coffee in the thermal is lukewarm even after the secret setting fix. The pod adapter blew out and splashes water on the outside of the coffee cup. Lastly even with a full charge of water it just make 3/4 of a pot if that. Perhaps I got a lemon. Will try to see if there is any warranty left if not will buy a different brand.

Not what i hoped it would be

Unfortunately the one i got had an issue of spraying hot water at our face when opening the pod attachment and burned 2 family members I have since returned this item and went with a different product. Also had an issue with lots of grinds ending up in our cup after brewing.
