Buyer beware

I don’t know if it’s defected or what’s going on but the warming plate does not turn on I will get rid of it, and I will not bring this back into my kitchen.

Couldn't use

Ninja ships with incorrect parts.

The coffee gets cold after 20 minutes of sitting in the kettle... Ninja what is going on.. Your old model was better... Dang iam so disappointed. I like my coffee. But this is crap... Dont buy

Pretty but not practical

Worth the purchase!
