Design was great with lots of options for hot water and frothing. Liked the ability to change water reservoir to side and back. No problem finding a reusable filter. However, I think Ninja should include one. I never experienced coffee ground overflow, as mentioned by some reviewers. I liked options to insert Pod attachment for single brew on same platform as full pot. And thermal caraf saved energy by not needing a warmer remaining on. I am very dissappinted in the brewed coffee temperature. Both the caraf and Pods brewed warm but not hot coffee. Immediately brewed drink temperature was not as hot as I'd like. So, the caraf did cool quickly, as the brewed coffee was not that hot to begin with. I am returning this coffee maker, as I prefer my coffee quite hot. I would not recommend this Ninja coffee maker if you desire hot coffee.

Has nice features, but coffee is never hot. At best the coffee is warm, and wait 20 minutes, and the coffee in the carafe is cold. The thermal carafe doesn’t work, the pot needs to be on something hot. Be ready to put your fresh brewed coffee in the microwave.

It is incredibly loud and it kept spewing coffee grounds in everything

This is our second Ninja. We wanted a larger thermal carafe. The water reservoir is removable and can be placed on the side in the back. I like the different brew styles and options for brewing different amounts. Also like the water feature that produces hot or boiling water. The carafe pours easily and keeps the coffee hot.

Awesome product. Caraf keeps coffee at palatable temperature up to 4 hours after brewing. The quality of the build is astounding, with parts fit being unbelievably good. Brews fast, and keeps the coffee hot while using power for 4 minutes rather than 4 hours. Extremely flexible too with k cups and filters being supported.

I replaced a Hamilton Beach coffeemaker that also had the option for a carafe or pods, and I must say that the Ninja is leaps and bounds ahead of the old HB unit. And no matter which way you make your coffee, this one does a great job of really bringing out the flavor of the coffee. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The Ninja - DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System is one of the best I’ve ever tried and is actually fun to use. Everything is included that you need other than the coffee itself. The whole unit is made so it takes up minimum counter space when stored and it’s smartly designed. The stainless steel carafe looks great and keeps the coffee hot for a long time. The lid turns and locks on and it fills and pours without being touched. The smart k-cup adapter is ready to be dropped into the filter basket at any time to allow pods to be used instead. The filter basket is the best I’ve used for keeping the filter in place. The removable side tank allows you to fill it will water ahead of time and it only uses the selected cup or pot size. It also has a selection for just hot or boiling water to be dispensed very quickly for hot cereals, cocoa or soups. You just select as little as a small cup to travel cup to part of a pot up to a full pot of coffee. There is a pull down platform to set travel mugs or cups on as well. The coffee strength can be chosen from classic brew, rich, specialty or over ice. There is a pull out frother that allows you to make whipped drinks. A coffee smart scoop is even included and clicks onto the side and provides measuring sizes as well. All parts clean easily with minimal work. Most of all the coffee it makes is the best I’ve had from a home coffee system.

I had to exchange for a new one after 15 days because it kept telling me to clean it when everything had been cleaned multiple times

So at 1st we were very impressed with this coffee maker. Then we realized that the plate on the bottom wasn't getting warm and even though it's a stainless steel carafe after a while the coffee cools. After checking the user manual for instructions on the warmer plate that clearly stated there was a button for that we could not locate one on the machine. We called customer service who advised us that because it's the machine with the stainless steel thermal carafe it doesn't have a Warming plate. What a freakin cheap rip off. For a high end company with high end appliances this machine sucks I highly recommend you don't buy it

Wow. Been Keurig fan for years but my last 2 machines died prematurely. Decided to try the Ninja and boy am I glad. Coffee is brewed hotter, have the option to make a carafe, plenty of cup size options, and more. Has a meter showing brew progress, makes a sound when done. Super happy we made the change

Works great but the Stainless Steel pot does not keep the coffee hot.

Wish I could give it zero stars, do not waste your money, buy a keurig! After so many issues with this had to have ninja send me a new base undee warranty but still had to pay shipping. Then after several issue when it would only brew hot water they state it only works with cerain k cups and said the main K cup pod adapter is not covered under warranty and suggested I purchase a new one for $50. This whole brand is dead to me.

Pot leaks when I pour. I have tried to contact Ninja customer service, but have not had any luck
