Dont you know plastics give off carcinogens and csuse CANCER ! And they know it heats the plastics Drains in a cup.. nice cup of cancer.. seriously I though Ninja made better products! Bad on you ninja corp . More concerned about your bottom line raher our health

Really good for all your needs

Fancy but not functional.

Returned it for another model within a week. Thought I could live without the warming plate since it said with thermal pot coffee would stay warm for 4 hours, not so. After 2 hours it was cold. If you are a fan of the warming plate this one won't work for you.

Expensive hunk of junk

The water icon keeps flashing. Ninja customer service said a component is bad and the machine needs to be replaced.

Disappointing purchase

Terrible

Regardless of the grounds to water ratio, the result is the same: weak, bland, uninteresting coffee. If your ideal cup of coffee is what you are served on an airplane, this machine is for you. Otherwise, save your money and look elsewhere.

Pod adapter
