We had high hopes for this coffee maker. We were quickly disappointed. We had a cuisinart maker and loved it but it was old and we wanted to replace it before it stopped working. The Ninja brews coffee fast but thats about the only good quality of this pot. The insulated Carafe is a joke. If you put very hot water in the reservoir then you might get an hour of warm coffee. Its never what i would consider hot. Not even close to our cuisinart insulated carafe. This makes the “set ahead of time” feature useless unless you like luke warm coffee in the morning. Its also very loud. Like wake the whole house loud! We will use this for now because we paid so much but i would not recommend it unless maybe you are just using it for cold coffee.

The ninja dual coffee maker is an amazing coffee maker for the person who likes to have a cup or a pot. The options are endless! It also comes with a frotheron theside that folds up into the side of the coffee pot.

Machine died shortly after additionally purchased bb warranty expired, and Best Buy was unable to honor it. Needless to say, its pretty didappointing to have paid $300 (item plus bb warranty) for a COFFEE MAKER that only lasted 2.5 years. I tried to look up possible repairs and saw many other people who went through the same thing with this coffee maker. I gave it 2 stars because it had nice features and was a nice machine in the short time it lasted, but given their track record with this design and how many others i saw struggling with this issue, I’d say there’s a pattern and its not worth the risk of wasting your money. The issue is that it will power up and start warming up, and then shuts off right when it starts dispensing the water/coffee.

Pod kinda worked unexpectedly, had to make an adjustment. Everything else worked pretty intuitively

Its excellent, but someone knows how to keep warm the coffee? I can't never activated that option.

I haven't used it that much. I bought it because it could use ground coffee OR K-cups (even though I have a Keurig machine). I usually make 1 cup at a time and none of the settings gets me an acceptably strong brew from ground coffee if I make a small amount. Haven't had the chance to make a big batch but am optimistic it will be good. Meanwhile, I use my Keurig machine

So far so good! I love being able to brew a quick pod or making a whole pot with grounds. Hot water so fast for a cup of tea or oatmeal instead of using microwave or teapot. It arrived very quickly too.

Kind of complex until you get used to all the features. Love the carafe. No drips and stays hot. K cup feature works like a charm. Freed up some much needed counter space. Lot of caffeine for the buck.

Really like the features. K cups compatible or full carafe. The separate hot water feature is real nice.

I like it but the frother doesn't heat the milk. You can use your own coffee with kcup, but that doesn't come with the machine.

This is my second Ninja dual brewer. They work great and longer than a Kuereg.

Had a Keurig for years, it finally died. Go get yourself one of these brewing units…so convenient to brew with a kcup or brew a pot!

I love this coffee machine. I have it set to make a cup of coffee every morning before I wake up. I use regular coffee filters and it works just fine. I used the feature to make oatmeal and hot chocolate and it was great. I got it on Black Friday so I got a great deal on it. $150

I love the coffee maker, the only detail is that with little use we had a problem with the sensor that does not detect that you want to make coffee, but instead thinks that you want to make it with capsules. after 10 months of use about 10 times a month

I really wanted to love this coffee machine. The largest amount of coffee that I can brew is 33oz. It comes with a measure scoop but I have never been able to use more than three scoops although it says that for a full pot to use 5-7. The grounds spill over and get everywhere. Also when using the K-cup adapter, same things happen. Too much water too fast and grounds are everywhere. Lastly, there is no warming plate, so if you do like your coffee to stay warm for more than a couple hours, it will not do this.

Was great for a year, now it just keeps saying to clean, no matter how many times i run the clean cycle. Coffee can not be brewed on original or rich as its now watery and gross, and only works for specialty and over ice.

I’ve only used my coffee maker a few times but it’s not really worth the price but it gets the job done

Why is this getting good reviews. It is just not hot. I am very handy. I looked and looked and there is no fix. I tried to microwave my coffeee after this thing made my almost warm pot but that got old.
