The espresso function feels underpowered — shots often come out weak or watery, even when using quality pods. The milk frother is inconsistent and struggles to produce true microfoam. Coffee side is decent, but the machine feels overly complicated for what it delivers. Also, build quality isn’t great — parts feel plasticky and flimsy for the price. After a few months, I'm already seeing performance issues. Not what I expected from a premium-priced product

Great coffee

This works great but wish it would come with a permanent filter. There is one for sale that I will be getting but I have to buy it separately.

Love my ninja coffee maker

We absolutely love this and it has worked so well for us. My husband will make his coffee in the morning and I make my espresso (over ice since it’s summer). I love Starbucks and this machine has saved me so much money as I can easily recreate the drinks I typically get. It is also easy to clean which is a huge plus to me.

Best accidental purchase EVER!

When I tell you this was the best accident ever, I mean it. I never knew I needed Espresso in my life but I did. There's not a single thing that I don't like about this product. Run, don't walk, to get yours, you won't regret it.
