Threw out the 1st due to damage from a house fire. Absolutely loved it. Different fill options. Want a shot, a cup, a thermos, or a pot..no problem woth this machine. Also take nepresso pods (original only) and has a frother. Its a little bulky, but well worth the money

I really like the different brew strengths for the coffee/espresso. Only negative things are the carafe could be designed better, water gets under the rim when washing and you have to turn it over to get it completely dried and would’ve like for the frother to be able to heat the milk.

I loved this machine for the first year and a half

Simple to use, and the versatility of the pods and drip brew meets all of my needs. That said, the machine began malfunctioning in month 17, beeping constantly and turning itself on at all hours of the day and night. It'll still brew coffee, but I have to unplug it after each use or the electronics go haywire. This eliminates a lot of the functionality, like the timed start and the warming tray. No change to use, it just went from working one day to not working the next. Customer service was very friendly, but said that because it's out of warranty, I'd need to buy a new one, and offered me a 30% discount. I loved this machine for the first year and a half, but the sudden malfunction and short lifespan make it hard to justify replacing it... even with a discount.

So many different things you can do, and the coffee tastes amazing. I had no idea the coffee I was drinking from my $30 drip machine was so bad until we got this. The "rich" setting is up to a popular coffee society's standards for brewing temp. Classic also tastes good. "Over Ice" is a really nice feature for both the ground brewing and the Nespresso pods (my old Nespresso machine couldn't even do this). If you're looking for the best value-to-quality ratio on a mid-range coffee maker, I think this is it. All the plastic parts are a bit of a let-down, and they remind you that you didn't shell out $800 for it and that it might break on you in a few years (will update if this happens). But honestly the coffee this makes is just as good as the more expensive machines. Still a really well-made machine, and from my extensive research before buying - I think it's quite possibly best in class.

I literally use this everyday, multiple times a day and saving money! I make the same popular coffee store drinks at home for a fraction of the cost from recipes online! Love the purchase 10/10
