The water tank is removable for easy filling and the Nespresso pods is a great added bonus. The main coffee maker has a dial and you can percisly selwct how much coffee you want to brew. I highly recommend this product.

It works really well. I especially love using the pods for espresso, lattes, etc. It is pretty compact considering everything it does, is easy to clean and has so many options. I find it easy to use and the drinks taste great.

The espresso function feels underpowered — shots often come out weak or watery, even when using quality pods. The milk frother is inconsistent and struggles to produce true microfoam. Coffee side is decent, but the machine feels overly complicated for what it delivers. Also, build quality isn’t great — parts feel plasticky and flimsy for the price. After a few months, I'm already seeing performance issues. Not what I expected from a premium-priced product

A Kitchen Addition Everyone Needs

I've been using it to make my iced coffees and they are delicious! It's the first machine we've had that I can make all my coffees at home instead of spending money at Starbucks. The functionality is a little confusing at first. There’s a slight learning curve. The water container is easy, the coffee is how and the espresso is good. It works. It’s fancy but not so fancy that it does something innovative. Having both options of coffee and espresso are great.
