Techs rectified the issue and issued a replacement. Total tech worth every penny paid for. Thank you again for fast response time. Happy wife happy life.

Not sure it was for us
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We wanted to love it but the espresso pods extraction wasn’t as good as hoped, it recommends to get an Nespresso pods which was a no go for us since my wife likes to get other brands too. If you are ok with getting those pods then you are golden. Other than that the drip coffee is good just like previous versions,
