I've only read the manual, setup the machine, and ran the initial priming/have not even made any coffee in it yet and I'm already 98% sure that I will be returning it. First thing, as others have said, it just does not get the water hot enough (ran 2 full carafes and six capsule side). The frother (others complained of this also) gets a low score as well as it is mechanical only (my last machine used steam.. way better). Next is the fact that it does not do KPods. Not a deal breaker, but now I have to keep my old machine to use up the stock of pods we have. Seems to me that it would have been easy to engineer/make this with an adaptor below the pod section to also do K-Pods. My biggest complaint(s) are: Getting capsules to fit this is hit-and-miss. I don't want to be stuck buying Nespresso brand pods when there are cheaper options out there. In the end, this is really just a glorified maker with a couple of "tricks" up it's sleeve. Even as a Deal of the day discount, I (already) don't feel it's worth what I paid for it and have strong tinge of buyers remorse. Probably going back tomorrow.

Coffee Temperature

While the design is fine and it’s easy to use, the biggest issue is the coffee temperature. It just doesn’t keep the coffee hot enough, and the brew itself comes out lukewarm.

Great maker with too short a lifespan.

It started to automatically scroll through coffee types and reset. Great coffee maker when it works, giving someone with an affinity for dark coffees a rich, dark brew every time. But with such a short life, it isn’t an investment I’d make again.
