I bought my about 1 ¹/² years ago and now it has been leaking too much water after using the pods and latetly it doesn't work at a .35 to .60 cent per pod you endup wasting pods because it sometimes it doesn't rum the pod so end up been wasted good thing I have BestBuy protection plan so we shall see

So glad I decided to upgrade! Got this to upgrade a 5-year-old Ninja. It's loud when making to espresso, but the taste and quality is on point.

Love it, after having a ninja coffee maker b4 I bought this one & I love coffee tastes so good & another thing I like is that is not so hard to clean

My wife is in love with the Ninja 7-Style Espresso & Coffee Barista System. I am also a big fan. Some iced espresso in the morning is the best, and this thing rocks. Love the ability to use the espresso pods!

I love this machine! I mostly use it for iced lattes but it’s great that you can make brewed coffee as well.

Overall it is pretty good. The one frustarting part is that the espresso pods dont always puncture so you have to keep trying, or just poke holes in it with a knife.

Holy cow LOVE this Coffee Machine. The ease of espresso is fantastic and making the lattes so easy. Making regular coffee is a breeze. Nothing bad about this machine at all.

Was looking for a new coffee maker and this one caught my eye. Different brewing options and even has Nespresso pods! Ninja is the best!

Bought this machine several months ago and love it. Has been well worth the spend. I use both the drip feature and the Nespresso and Have had no issues whatsoever.

I like this machine accept that the pods are not the normal nestle ones so it was challenging to find. Awesome make only reason for the 4 star was the choice in pods.

I purchased this product around 16 months ago for the flexibility of using both the standard coffee pot / drip coffee experience and the espresso pods. Shortly after the one year warranty expired, water started leaking from the body of the coffee maker when coffee was created. At first I thought this came from the pod itself spraying off-center from the nozzle, but instead it looks like the machine itself cannot withstand the pressure / heat generated. SharkNinja verbalized that this is a known problem, both on the left basket side where drip coffee is produced and on the espresso pod side on the right, but would not replace the machine as their warranty only lasts one year. For the amount of money this costs and as poor a warranty as is offered, I will be purchasing from a different brand going forward. I really like their blenders, but their coffee machines do not meet quality standards.

Completely disappointed. Super loud when making coffee with the pods. When making coffee in the jar the coffee is not hot enough, besides it’s supposed to keep the coffee hot, but as it never gets hot, it’s just warm, but only for about 10 minutes, then it cools down. It was a waste of money.

Takea me no more that 5 minutes to gey my coffee or espresso going dor the day! Right before work when im running out the door its a huge help! I love it!

I bought this to replace an older ninja coffee maker, super bummed on the performance of this thing the old one would make a 55 ounce carafe of coffee in about five minutes. This one takes 25 minutes..
