    Can’t think of a better gift! I love hot the coffee is (main reason why I got this one) just know that you will have to buy a permanent coffee filter or disposable ones as it only comes with a few!

    I’ve upgraded my old ninja coffee machine to this one. Very useful and stylish.I can tell it is worth to trust in ninja brand. They won’t let you down.

    Received it on January 31, 2024, worked great and made good coffee but only lasted until February 19, 2025. Coffee is warm instead of hot. Pulled out 6 year old cheap coffee maker and it’s still working fine. More expensive doesn’t always mean that it’s better.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed it while it worked, but we’re sorry to hear that the coffee is now only coming out warm instead of hot. That’s certainly not the long-term performance we expect from our products.

      A drop in temperature can sometimes be caused by mineral buildup inside the machine. Running a descaling cycle with a vinegar-water solution or a descaling solution may help restore the heating performance. If you’ve already tried that and are still experiencing issues, our team would be happy to assist further.
