    Great, when it works. Mine broke down a few months after the warranty expired. Ninja offered me a 30% on the purchase of a new unit, but I did not take it. I will say that the Ninja support service was great, connecting via video to see what was happening. I was able to get through fast to a representative as well. This happened even though I was methodical with cleaning and maintenance. I do expect a $200 machine to last more than 15 months though.

    Overall I like this brewer after having it for about a month. The only thing I wish it had was a insulated thermos pot... other than that - it works perfectly.
