Really really good coffee

This makes such good coffee. I do recommend getting the gold reusable filter for this machine. Ninja made that filter as a perfect fit. It brews extremely fast. Havent burned any coffee. The nespresso pod feature and milk frother are amazing pluses.

However i took a star off because i paid $200 for it and wouldve expected it to atleast come with a re-useable filter. I had to buy it separately. Once your coffee is cold in the pitcher, you cant warm it up again with the heat plate either. I just poor it into a mug at that point and microwave it lol

Terrible product

The espresso maker stopped working after maybe 6 months and i was send a replacement. The espresso maker broke on the second one as well. On the drip brew coffee side: not the best cup of coffee. The caraff has a lip on it so you can never fully pour the coffee out. Over the course of my adult life this js probably the worst product ive purchased at this price point. Plus this thing is LOUD. Do not purchase!!!!!!!

Long search, came across this…felt too good to be true..nothing else came close. Aside from making great coffee, it’s all about the design checking basically every box on my list: easy to hold+attach removable water reservoir, warming plate, sleek and sexy, brews different amounts of coffee, loads of brew types and functions, large capsule bin, clock with auto start timer, adjustable cup height (fits my tall yeti) and maybe the most amazing thing of all…nespresso pod integration. I can still have espresso in the morning without needing to choose between two machines being out and switching to coffee so I’m not breaking the bank with too many pods a day. Complete game changer… Lots of thought and care went into every detail of the design. Felt like it was made with me in mind. Hats off to the product folks and engineers. I would give this 10 stars if i could. Haven’t been this happy with a purchase in a long time.
