Awesome espresso machine. Got a great Deal, highly recommended.

Love every aspect of our new coffee espresso machine

My only issue with this is even when the water tank is full, it will stop in middle of brew and ask me to refill.

When I was shopping for a combo espresso/ coffee maker this one seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately it was not what I expected. Mechanic wise it was easy to setup and use but taste and temperature of the coffee was disappointing. The coffee tasted bland and was not hot at all. I went from a K-cup style to a filter and that could been part of the problem. Like I said this was a good design and was easy to use but I just couldn’t get past the other problems.

It was great for a year and 1 month. Now it doesn’t work. Cleaned it. Tried all the tips. It will not brew properly. Even when the closed section is selected it will leak into the other side and mold.

It was working great for about a year. It would leak and we couldn’t find where it was coming from. Now the espresso machine is not piercing the espresso pod.

I do wish the warming plate kept the coffee hotter and stayed on longer than 4 hours.

I would give it zero stars. We had 4 different warranty claims for the machine leaking water including the one we currently have . Now the warranty is up and we are buying a different brand. We did like that we could make our coffee in multiple ways.

First one lasted 3 months until the pods stopped working and it put more water on the counter than the cup. Replacement one worked for a week now half way into a brew it says add water to the full reservoir every few seconds. Today I will be exchanging it for round 3 since best buy has no other option for nespresso original pods except the insta brand one which is actually worse than this had 4 of those before this thing. gave 2 stars because at least they gave me a coffee pot for back up when the pod system fails.

Best buy need to be honest in its dealing. This is my second or third time being sold a used product as new. I order this coffee maker online and was delivered to me by best buy. Surprisingly, when i received the item, i realized its components were not arranged as i had seen on many youtube unboxing videos. Right there , i sensed that was a refurbished item Best buy sent to me as new. I decided to test both groud coffee maker and espresso. I was going to keep it regardless if they worked. Well, ground coffee side worked really well but the eapresso side was a failure. All the espresso made by this machine was only warm. I wasted 10 pods trying to be sure it worked but it didnt. I read other reviews here about best buy sending out used items as new. I thought this will not affect me, but i was wrong. I'm returning the machine and i hope no other customer buys it as new. Good luck

So far this has been a great coffee machine! I wish there was a place to even use the Kcups. But being able to brew a pot of coffee or have a Nespresso is great! And the milk frother works very well. Love it!!!

Great product. Wife loves the cappuccino side of the coffee maker.

Never actually brewed a cup of coffee. After unpacking i put it on my standard 18 inch counter top. It fit underneath but if i were to try to put grounds and water i would have to move the whole machine. Had to return and find another

Machine started leaking after about 5-6 months of use. Ninja agreed to replace it, but they demand customers return the defective units before they ship a new one. This is a terrible policy (and not typical from other experiences I've had). I have been waiting 4 weeks and counting for a new unit. I had to buy another coffee maker in the meantime. Shark / Ninja customer service is not efficient or customer-friendly. With the leaky, defective unit and terrible service, I cannot recommend this at all.

Very good product would be nice if it had a milk steamer built into it
