Great product. Wife loves the cappuccino side of the coffee maker.

Never actually brewed a cup of coffee. After unpacking i put it on my standard 18 inch counter top. It fit underneath but if i were to try to put grounds and water i would have to move the whole machine. Had to return and find another

Very good product would be nice if it had a milk steamer built into it

Im on my second if these coffee makers under 2 years. The espresso maker stopped working after maybe 6 months and i was send a replacement. The espresso maker broke on the second one as well. On the drip brew coffee side: not the best cup of coffee. The caraff has a lip on it so you can never fully pour the coffee out. Over the course of my adult life this js probably the worst product ive purchased at this price point. Plus this thing is LOUD. Do not purchase!!!!!!!

My only issue with this is even when the water tank is full, it will stop in middle of brew and ask me to refill.

I would give it zero stars. We had 4 different warranty claims for the machine leaking water including the one we currently have . Now the warranty is up and we are buying a different brand. We did like that we could make our coffee in multiple ways.

At a reasonable price, this is like have my own small barista corner in my home. A christmas present for my husband, but also for me. Defnintely recommend. We’re obsessed with the frother!

Machine started leaking after about 5-6 months of use. Ninja agreed to replace it, but they demand customers return the defective units before they ship a new one. This is a terrible policy (and not typical from other experiences I've had). I have been waiting 4 weeks and counting for a new unit. I had to buy another coffee maker in the meantime. Shark / Ninja customer service is not efficient or customer-friendly. With the leaky, defective unit and terrible service, I cannot recommend this at all.

Over all it wonderful but the timer is questionable

I am very happy with the build quality and all the accessories packed in such small footprint. The material used is what you can find in machines much more expensive. The interface panel is very user friendly and intuitive. I wish it also worked with Kcups too but hey, you get espresso (4 different types) and regular coffee (3 different brews, in a single cup or 60 oz decanter), what else do you want a $199.99 USD machine to do for you! I wish it had a nuzzle for hot water too for making Americanos etc. but that's easily doable using the ground coffee function if you don't put coffee in the basket.

It was great for a year and 1 month. Now it doesn’t work. Cleaned it. Tried all the tips. It will not brew properly. Even when the closed section is selected it will leak into the other side and mold.

I was impressed with the variety of options and ease of use but I found the coffee that came out of this machine was pretty terrible. No matter what I did, even adding way too many beans for the volume of water, everything just tasted watered down. The iced coffee was undrinkable. I think it just runs too fast to properly extract anything from the grounds with most settings. I wanted to love this but ultimately it was a hard pass.

Nice machine . Looks cool doesn’t feel cheap. Nice parts. Coffee flavor comes out great. Now buggest disappointment . Whi like cold coffee that’s supposed hot .

I purchased this coffee maker simply because I wanted to streamline the amount of machines on my counter. This solved my problem by combining a coffee pot (when I have company) and Nespresso maker in one. If I am in the mood for a single cup of coffee I just brew a single Nespresso pod 3 times, add a little creamer and presto, a perfect cup. Personally I will probably never use the frother since it doesn't warm the milk just whips it. I would recommend to others who love Nespresso but don't want yet another coffee machine on the counter.

Loved it at first, but after a little over a year the capsule side stopped working and only brews water. Apparently there isn't enough water pressure to pierce the foil on top of the capsule. Called Ninja - the base unit needs to be replaced and they don't sell the part separately. Out of warranty of course, so only option is to trash this one and buy a new one out of pocket. I hate buying things that don't last. I did enjoy it while it worked, so if you buy it I'd advise you to shell out the extra money for an extended warranty.

Pros: Coffee tastes fresher than a normal coffee pot. The espresso side is nice to have. Coffee amount selection is nice as well.

Awesome coffee pot! Easy to use, offers many features, and I absolutely love that it has the ability to brew Nespresso pods as well!

This machine is nice but the Nespresso part doesn't taste like it should and the coffee doesn't get very hot.

Pros: - all in one for espresso, coffee, and frother - large water reservoir - can hold a decent amount of used capsules - uses the original Nespresso capsules so you have more options to buy them Cons: - inconsistent amount of espresso made. Lungo initially was 4oz. Within a few months only made 2oz. Ristretto shots were just a dribble in the cup. Multiple cleaning and descaling cycles did not remedy. - eventually started to leak from underneath - the coffee is honestly, not good. Using the same grounds I always have this was a significantly worse pot than my previous coffee maker (which was also a Ninja) - had to swap it under warranty due to the leak, new machine was also inconsistent amounts of espresso - randomly would decide it was out of water despite having a full carafe. Both machines did this, never figured out the rhyme or reason. replacement machine did it within the first few times I used it. Cleaning etc did not change this. - flavor of the espresso is just OK. A little more bitter than expected. The same capsules get much better/smoother tasting espresso from other machines Overall: I ended up returning it and buying a completely different brand/model espresso machine plus a $40 basic coffee pot (for when we have company and need a whole pot) that makes MUCH better coffee than this model Ninja.

I loved this coffee / cappuccino maker right up until only after 2 weeks the frother stopped working so now i had to buy a separate frothing machine
